This location is the absolute worst. The customer service is terrible. The food is even worse. I have ordered a veggie sub twice with the same instructions both times. I added pickle both times, once there were only pickles and cheese on the sandwich. Nothing else. This time, there was one single pickle on the sandwich and it was SO soggy. The lettuce was disgustingly wilted and wet. There was only cheese on half of my sandwich. My coworker and I both got our sandwiches delivered a minute ago and oh my god...Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch. This sandwich was so soggy it was almost inedible. Literally DRIPPING with ranch dressing. The amount of wet, soggy, ranch saturated bread I just ate disgusts me. We both asked for it cut in half, too bad I guess.I asked for onion on mine and got TWO 8 inch long slivers of onion. The tomatoes that were on the sandwich were clearly old and mushy, very little chicken I barely could taste or find it, and why do you feel the need to fill the sandwich with as much lettuce as you can possibly fit into the center of the roll? Like what the heck is that? Gross, old, soggy, and definitely not freaky fast. I keep coming back to this location because of where I'm located for work and I can say without a doubt I will never spend another dollar here. They don't care about your food. I went here to grab a quick lunch from their drive thru. Waited several minutes while a line built up behind me. I called their lobby just to check if their drive thru was open since no one had acknowledged me at the drive thru and my kid was restless waiting. The young man who answered the phone was very pleasant but the woman who helped take my order was incredibly rude, she was also very rude at the window. Everyone has bad days and I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. My sandwich was mediocre and some of the lettuce was pretty gross. Additionally, my pop had mold flecks in it, which was pretty gross. K won't be going back to this location. read more

Service could not be worse if they tried. They are rude and messed my order up several times within the same visit.

I think this is my second bad review for this location. I can't believe I actually came back. They don't offer delivery because they're shorthanded so I ordered online for pick up. When I went inside to get my food, they told me the lobby is closed and I have to go through the drive-through. I said can't I just pick up my bag of food I have to wait in line? They said yes. So I got in my car and waited in line to collect my bag of food which was sitting on the counter in front of my face 3 feet away 10 minutes earlier. This place is the worst read more

0 stars. Took 45 minutes to get my order delivered when they were down the street. Couldn't leave the office so I needed it delivered for when I got out of a meeting, took 45 minutes. When I called to ask why it was so taking so long for such a short drive they said "well he's got 4 other orders to deliver and yours is sitting here, you should've walked in if you wanted it so fast", the lady hung up after she said that. Every time I come here, my bread is rock hard and tastes stale. I finally said something and they didn't do anything about it.

So Friday night around 7 pm we went to this Jinny Johns and pull up there is a girl standing outside behind the building and 2 cars in the parking lot so I assume both workers cars and an employee that is standing outside in her phone. She tells we are not opened. Oh ok. It's a pandemic and who knows what is going on. Following night Saturday I decided to call it's 7:30pm. No answer. On line it says they are open until 9pm. If you are having a hard time finding workers maybe try paying a little more, or don't open at 10:30 in the mornin. that way you might find staff willing to work until 9. if you own a franchise why aren't you working and doing everything you can to make sure you succeed? Support your staff and if you don't have a staff you then become the staff. our orders are correct every time we come to this shop but they never cut the subs. If you ask for it to be cut they say it is! Um nope never has been. They don't mark the subs either. Depends on the person but for the most part they are somewhat rude. They are bothered by people showing up. read more

I ordered online two beach clubs and when I got there nothing was started and I had to wait longer for them to make my sandwiches. They also didn't have my drinks ready and forgot to put chips in our bag which we paid for. GO TO THE ONE ON HIGHLAND if you're from this area. This location is super unprofessional. There is nothing freaky fast about this Jimmy John's location. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the guy said, "Jimmy John's, may I take your order?" I ordered an Italian Night Club with hot peppers and that was it. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and the gentleman took my payment and then it took another six minutes for me to get my sandwich after I paid. The visit was a total of eight minutes from entering the drive-thru to receiving the sandwich and there were no customers-no one in the drive-thru and no one inside. I would have been okay with the wait because eight minutes was worth the quality of the sandwich since it was delicious-everything was fresh and tasty. The problem is that on my way into the parking lot to get to the drive-thru, I saw several workers inside the restaurant sitting around chatting with each other. Worse still was the guy working at the dishwasher near the drive-thru window. He was doing so much talking and laughing while I was sitting in my car that I wondered if he was actual employee. I began to wonder why it was taking longer than normal for me to get my food, so I backed my car up to see where my sandwich was and I saw a worker holding the sandwich in one hand while he was talking to his co-workers. The sandwich was done, but his conversation was apparently more important than me-the customer. The gentlemen who helped me were friendly, but it seemed like they and the other employees were apathetic when it came to their job because there was no sense of urgency and there was a lot of chit-chat. I have been a patron of countless Jimmy John's over the years and I am always in and out in four minutes or less. It usually takes one minute to pay and three minutes or less to get my food, so for them to take twice as long was noticeable and strange.
