I'll give this place 5 Upon entry we were immediately greeted Place was clean and employees (ladies) seemed eta enjoy there job and were working hard The young lady who took my sandwich order was awesome, friendly and kind I never heard of anyone call the relish cpr- it brings you to life it was a cute statement from the young lady. She's a true asset to the company only downfall I didn't catch her name. Our sandwich Turkey & provolone Bread was fresh, Turkey slices perfectly thin Had it mikes way and it all seemed fresh. read more

It smelled like a sewer in there. Everything was messy and warm. Employees looked irritated to be there. My sandwich was basically warm and I got a cold sub. The station was dirty and the avocado was brown. read more

The sandwiches are great - if you can get one! I walked in to buy two sandwiches and there was one customer waiting to order in front of me. The restaurant was pretty empty otherwise (2 people eating). I stood for about 5 minutes watching the sandwich builder slicing meat and cheese for phoned in order after phone in order. After another 5 minutes the person in front of me STILL hadn't ordered! The whole time sandwiches are being built for still more incoming phone orders! The builders completely ignored customers who were in the store! I walked out and went to In N Out across the way and got my burgers in less than 5 minutes and the place (& drive thru) was super busy!! Bad show Jersey Mike's. read more

I ordered a BLT on DoorDash. There is no Bacon at all on this sandwich. How is that possible? Although I requested a credit from DoorDash, it is still disappointing. I work at a busy office and don't have much time, I cannot go all the way to get the bacon put in the sandwich. Now I'm eating bread with mayo, relish and onions. read more

Always great tasting and freshly made subs at a reasonable price. Born and raised in NJ I can appreciate Jersey Mike's Subs quality. The subs are very tasty and love that they are made with freshly sliced cold cuts. I always order online, and order is always on time and freshly made when I pick it up. read more

Mind you I got this delivered and I don't think it's the delivery guys fault. It's just poorly made. They Couldn't take the effort to make it presentable? Shows you what they really think of working there. I'm giving a 2 star because I was really hungry. read more

Very clean outside and inside. They were well staffed and friendly; however, I walked in grabbed an order and walked out without anyone really turning a head. Easy for grab and go, but maybe a little sketchy and opportune to get your order stolen. The sandwiches were ok. I was disappointed that the bread tasted stale as was the texture. read more

This is my second review of this store. I have been to Jersey Mikes on the east coast, the mid-west and different parts of California. The Beaumont Store is by far the best managed store I have experienced. It's clean, the personnel exhibit great customer service skills. Lola is knowledgeable and amazing. If you like brown edges on your iceberg lettuce, extremely salty turkey deli meat with provolone cheese on stale hard wheat bread, this is the perfect spot for you. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the young man poured (supposedly) fresh lettuce on top of the old brown lettuce and mixed it up. Way to go! Why throw away old lettuce, when you can toss fresh lettuce into the bin of old lettuce and mix it up with the fresh lettuce. Wheat bread was hard. I pushed through and I ate the middle half of the regular size sandwich but by the time I got to the heel half, of my regular size sandwich, it was simply inedible. When I asked for a replacement of just the top half heel portion of a regular size bread, I was told by the young man (after he consulted with a young women) he said he could not accommodate me because I already ate half of the sandwich. My request was to replace a piece of stale bread, the top piece of the heel side of a regular sandwich cut in half, a quarter of a regular size sandwich. I was there Tuesday, 4/14/26 at 6:35pm. Ticket # 01-001849-02-285596 Server: Janice. I do not remember the name of the young woman who snickered after I asked for fresh lettuce. She is the same woman who told the young man not to accommodate my request. I will not be back. I told my friend and he told me he ate there a couple of years ago and had the runs for two days. read more

Have been to this location several times and today it was just filthy. Multiple flys just circling the sandwich preparation station. I used my 'shore points' earned a couple years ago to get a free mini sub. It was actually very good. I had not eaten there in a couple years (since Covid) as their prices have increased substantially - like everywhere else. But the food was great. read more

I go here often and love to get my sandwiches because the experience is usually good with staff and food but this visit in particular ALL the staff was not only disrespectful to me but to another customer and was even talking smack about other customers openly and loud as well once they left the store. Their was a soda at the machine that was out and the muscle kid was cursing in the back and even called the customer a dog and the girls that were working there also told him that that's what they heard him say and defended him. Also the lettuce they were serving was pink and old and I told the employees about it and they assured me it was made in the morning and was fresh. I took a picture of the lettuce for reference if you ever want a picture. This was the most unpleasant visit to this location Ive ever had and I hope these employees get a good talking to to change their behavior. As I'm typing this in the store I can hear them saying they want to call off work because they don't care to come in. I'm not sure what's wrong with these young adults working today but wow I don't even want to experience this again the next time I come in. read more

Today Sep 7th about 4:15 pm, my daughter went in to buy a sandwich. They made it wrong, so I went in there asking them if they make it right, she wanted it toasted. The girls behind the were very rude, they have no business working in the food industry let alone customer service. The so called manager looked 15, she said she would make the sandwich again but she would have to charge again. I asked for corporates phone or a phone number for her bosses, she said she couldn't give me that information. Another couple that was in there left because they saw flies hovering over the food. Worst customer service ever. Will never be back to this location or restaurant ever again. I would post zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Zero stars read more

EPIC FAIL on almost all fronts! The prices here have gone to the MOON, with my large sub coming in at almost $22 with tax.....Outrageous!! Sunday, Mother's Day and the place was totally understaffed around 4:30 p.m. , with only 3 workers. My single sub #17 took 35 minutes, while the line was pretty much stagnant as they were working on a bunch of phone in orders. Not only was the place understaffed, but the flat top grill is way too SMALL for the volume of grilled sandwiches being ordered when it is busy. My cheesesteak was grossly overcooked and the large sub was not cut in half or quarters for some reason. For some reason they were OUT of the rosemary rolls, bacon and large chocolate chip cookies. No apologies.....Just tough luck. Looks like I will be taking my sub business to the Sub Station, walking distance from the old Fox theater in Banning, which has close to a 5-star Yelp rating vs the 3-star one here at Jersey Mike's.... read more

I placed an online order to go and waited over 30 minutes. I watched the inside line go much faster and I should've just placed the order in store. When I finally asked for a refund, they said my sandwich had been ready. It had been sitting not completely finished where they make the sandwiches for a very long time. I don't understand why they wouldn't just wrap it up. I'll admit they were busy but the lack of common sense of finishing one before the other was ridiculous. I'm typically not the one to ask for a refund and just walk out, but I was already late to my daughter's softball game. Now she's going to play on an empty stomach. I don't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. read more

Cleanliness 5 (brand new business location) Cost 1 Cuisine 1 Customer service 5 Heard some good things about this place so wanted to try it. Tried the r9 (beef and turkey) and r17 (philly cheesesteak). For two sandwiches it was $20...no chips or drink included. Taste was average. Way overpriced for the quality. I would choose Quiznos or Firehouse over this establishment. I might try one more time in the future to see if things improve. read more

Earlier today i got a #7. Sarah was so helpful as this was my first time and I wanted to pick a good sub! Best sub ever!

McKenzie made the best steak sandwich I've ever had at a Jersey Mikes. Went to Beaumont store

Amazing customer service!!! Angela was so kind and patient with me while making my order. She really took care of me!

I went in yesterday evening and encountered one of the most sweetest employees named Angela, and with a beaming smile she helped me pick and try out a new sandwich because I was unsure of what I wanted even tho I get the same things all of the time and it was DELICIOUS. Angela was so nice and patient with me! She deserves a raise and then some! I always appreciate nice restaurant employees sometimes they always have attitudes but Angela was fantastic.
