This isn't the first issue. I previously received a moldy onion in an online order, and my son has mentioned that cold items often didn't feel cold during past pickups. Now I've seen it myself. I exchanged the item, but I shouldn't have had to make a second trip. From now on, I'll only use ShopRite Online for non‑perishables and buy all meats and produce in person. I'm giving this 2 stars because the meat department deserves 5 stars for service. And also because my parents didn't have grocery stores like this in their country, so I suppose I should be grateful.
