The staff have never been anything but friendly, and they do take care of the inside as well. It's always been clean and tidy anytime I've been inside. A&W isn't the cheapest fast food option, but it also feels like a step above traditional fast food and the portions are typically reflective of the price. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get backed up at times. It's certainly not the quickest place I've ever been. So just keep that in mind if you're planning on the drive thru.
