Pretty good sandwich. The portion was huge. A little dry tho, maybe I didn't order it correctly.

On our way down from Brained Mn we needed a bite to eat.Wanted something refreshing so we decided on subs.I ordered the combo which has corn beef,ham and pastrami on it...with a little mayo,pickle,lettuce and that special vinaigrette they put on the sandwich was good.They bread was dry so that took away from the sub.The bread makes the sub.However the fixings was well organized and fresh!My wife reiterated the same.Everything was on point except the bread being dry. Our servers were nice and helpful.Our food came out very quickly as it was slow around 2pm.Its an old Irish pub style feel.People must like to play cribbage there barcode there were a lot of people in the hall of fame. After living in St. Cloud for thirty-plus years, I moved to North Carolina fifteen years ago. I was a fan of Bo Diddley's back then (Granite City Folk Society days). I have come back to visit often and Bo Did's is still my go-to. We stopped there yesterday for my favorite turkey pitas as we were ready to head back to Charlotte, NC. I ordered inside then waited outside in my car. The gentleman working then (about 3 pm on 10.23.2025) kindly brought them out to us and those pitas were THE BOMB!! Best ever!! Thank you so much!!! they need to fly to Greece to learn how to make a gyro. the tzatziki sauce they have is too thick, the flimsy fork they give you bent in half when i tried to spread it on, it's likely sour cream base with no cucumber. not authentic at all. read more

This is a MUST GO if you're in either St. Cloud or St. Joe. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and I've had just about all of it. The subs are all great and come with a solid amount of toppings, but you be aware that a full size sub is a very big meal! The picture I have attached to this review shows a 1/2 sub as a reference. The gyro isn't like one you'll get at a Mediterranean spot, but is very solid. Great food, great people, great service and all at great prices! read more

Great little hidden gem off the main drag in St Cloud. Their portions are huge and sandwiches are tasty. A half sandwich will easily fill you up. Love their corned beef sandwich especially with extra onions. My BF raves that they have the best bread too. I tend to agree. I'm not from here, but I will go out of my way any time we're driving by, through or near St Cloud to visit Bo Diddley's. First off, the bread is so insanely good. Get the hot subs. I don't know how or why, but the meats, toppings and bread all work exactly in harmony. It's hard for a bread/meat/cheese/veggies meal to separate itself from the others... but this really is one of the best subs I've ever had. Also, the staff is always wonderful. There is no better sub sandwhich in a large radius of this shop. Bold statement but I haven't found one. They are extremely generous with portions and I love that they offer a 1/3 option. One if my favorite things is the wheat bread made fresh from a local bakery. There is no skimping on the meat or the toppings. I always have them put "everything" on it which includes the usual plus banana peppers and vinaigrette. Major bonus points for having sprouts...nobody has sprouts anymore. I was stoked! (It's the little things.) In addition to subs there are pitas, schwarma, soups, and baked goods. I can't speak for any of the other foods except for the sandwiches but I can say the quality of ingredients shine and make for a fresh and satisfying meal. You won't taste the "chain" and "corporate quality cuts" in any of products coming from Bo Diddly's. I can honestly say they haven't cut any corners in the 30 years I've been enjoying them which is unheard of. It's such a pleasure to visit home and have a consistent and reliable old standby. read more

Bo's used to be an absolute 5 for me, like for the past 35 years, but the last 2 times I've gotten my favorite pita, I've been disappointed! I got the turkey last time and it was some turkey flakes that looked like tuna and was just weird. I called and they just didn't really seem to know. Tonight I got a roast beef pita, well that's what I ordered, I got a sprout and lettuce pita! WHERE'S THE MEAT?? Seriously....like an oz or two in a large pita, couldn't taste it, all I could taste was sprouts....I like sprouts but they were overwhelming! So disappointed! read more
