They said it will be about 2 weeks but I was able to get it back in a tad over a week which was pretty amazing. The only problem is While they had my generator a button got broken and nobody fixed it or told me about it. When I got home I ran the generator to make sure it was fixed, thats when I discovered the broke button. Not to much of a big deal because I called the shop right away they ordered a replacement on the spot no questions asked. In all it was a little inconvenience nothing major and they handled it all like professionals The generator runs perfect btw and yeah I would definitely go back here because you can tell a shop is pretty great by the way they handle problems. They handled it great! everyone is really friendly and they do great work. The 4 stars isn't to discourage people it's more of a simple reminder to look over your equipment.

Strange, right? When I removed the machine it was covered in a thick oily film. They had to put it in a plastic bag because they had "cleaned it with sewing machine oil to make it look pretty". Totally useless at that point. I was so angry I didn't dare write a review then. I tried to clean it off with Sparkle glass cleaner and a razor blade which took 2+ hours. THEN I did some online research. They had used so much oil that it had started to lift what is called the clearcoat.

The circumstances of purchase and warranty were not questioned when I dropped the unit off. However, after two months and multiple follow up visits because they would not answer their phone so I could check status, I was finally called and told that the unit was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that there would be a charge of $174 dollars for what was supposed to be a routine warranty carburetor replacement authorized by Ryobi, yet I was told that my apparent lack of maintenance on the unit was the root cause for the problem of it not running properly. When I disputed this claim and noted that at no time was I notified that this was an out of warranty or unqualified service that would result in a charge I was treated rudely to the point of abusive language and told to leave the premises with my equipment and to not come back. Needless to say under the circumstances, I did just that. I fully suspect that they were trying to get service revenue out of me, but at the same time they were going to file warranty claim paperwork with Ryobi and essentially double dip, although that was not substantiated in any way.
