They have an extremely large, dedicated, loyal following of customers not unlike Glock and I am happy to be one of those people. Unfortunately, CZ has not met the public with the same dedication that their customers have shown to them. Send them a Facebook message. Send their Instagram page a message. E-mail any of their departments. Be considered lucky if you get a response to any of those messages. I know how booming their business is. They absolutely CAN hire someone who can respond to message a few days a week. NO excuses. But they don't. I've actually reached staff by phone but they never have answers to your questions about product availability. It's a shoulder shrug and goodbye. As I'm writing this review I notice they haven't replied to any of the Yelp reviews - as a business would do if they were concerned with how well they're meeting the expectations of their customers. Also, that new product they're coming out with. When will you get it? Oh you pre-ordered it? HAVE FUN WAITING! It really sucks when you're led to believe a product will be released at a certain time and it ends up coming out close to a year later. It also sucks when your dealer doesn't know anything more than you do about when you'd actually see your product. It also sucks when you have money tied up in such preorders and despite being a paying customer, you're consistently ignored. CZ you really need to do better with the service guys.
