I am SOOOO impressed with this company! I have never written a review on Yelp and was not asked to…read moredo so, but felt I had to figure out how because they deserve it. The vinyl that was used on my so-called "leather" seats wasn't leather, and of very poor quality. It was cracking and even peeling, so I called around to see about having the seat repaired. Christian gave me prices for real leather and a higher quality of vinyl. When I picked my car up 5 hours later (I had an appointment) it was done so well I was astounded! I expected that it would be a good improvement, but I did not expect it to be flawless and matched perfectly, but it is! Thank you KCK Upholstery! I am so glad I found you! I saw pieces of furniture that they had recovered waiting to be picked up and they looked great too. I will remember that when I recover some of my furniture.

I recently brought in three couch cushions to be remade by Martin and his crew. The couch was a…read morefamily heirloom from a friend of mine (about 100 years old), and while the body was in good shape, the cushions were trashed. The first step was to find fabric that would closely match the existing upholstery; Jeanie came to the rescue and after only five minutes of perusing the available samples, showed me a swatch that was almost an exact match for the fabric! The second step was ensuring that the new cushions would have sufficient height and firmness. Martin took careful measurements, asked me about the preferred density of filling and cushion height, and we placed the order. Once the fabric came in, all three cushions were remade and ready for pickup within three days! They are SO comfortable, look great, are well-made, and have given an old couch new life. Martin's crew was kind enough to not destroy the original cushion fabric; they gave me the remnants so that my friend could make "memory pillows" for her family and always have a bit of her grandmother's couch in her home. Thank you SO much to Decor Upholstery for your expertise, your craftsmanship, your speedy work, and your dedication to customer service! I cannot say enough good things about Upholstered Elegance…read more They recently reupholstered an antique piano stool for me, and the results are absolutely stunning. The workmanship is first-rate--the leather is beautifully done, the tufting is crisp and deep, and the finished piece looks both historically appropriate and luxurious. The stool honestly looks better than I ever imagined it could. What truly sets them apart, though, is their integrity. During the process, the stool was briefly misplaced--but they were immediately upfront, communicative, and professional about it, and it was found the very same day. Their honesty and transparency spoke volumes, and that kind of character is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm including before and after photos because the transformation really speaks for itself. This piece was important to me, and they treated it with care, respect, and craftsmanship every step of the way. If you're looking for exceptional upholstery work from people you can genuinely trust, Upholstered Elegance delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.
