The staff is helpful. My questions were answered with patience and kindness. It was interesting to watch the interactions with the regulars. There are so many options for fabric. I need to have particular projects in mind for next trip to the shop. Without a project in mind it is easy to want to buy everything that is pretty. We especially try to stay away from one worker named Gail, who has been rude, sarcastic, and condescending on more than one occasion. We saw her berate a woman to the point of tears because Gail had spelled the woman's name wrong and thus could not find her in their computer! They insist that they have to put your name and phone number into their computer system every time before they will cut fabric or let you make a purchase. Checkout is a slow process whether paying cash or card. Some of the fabric is pretty, but it is expensive and the service is poor.
