I was going in there and of course with my kids I had a six-year-old who had a basketball (plastic one) . He didn't touch any glass. He didn't break anything and I guess the lady who claims she's the owner of the store othe manager, she told my son not to touch a ball that I was going to purchase as well as purchase a bunk bed. We went in because we have never been. and about halfway through the store an employee started following us, and then our autistic daughter sat on one of the couches. The employee proceeded to confront my daughter. telling her to get off. Then Say something about our children when we were already taking care of the situatio. Bought an expensive stove here. It lasted 2 weeks. Also bought a dryer here that is now not working. Don't buy appliances here. They don't work. The staff is not friendly either. They don't handle returns or complaints well. You've been warned! Update: Just look how aggressive these people are. I didn't give any details of my stove or dryer purchases. This was a couple years ago. I don't know why that matters. These people are impossible to deal with. If you are a smart consumer, you will go somewhere else. This one reminds me of Dirty Dons on the East side of town, except this place is all furniture and appliances. I am not cheap, but I love a great deal. I also don't have an issue with saving a buck for a scratch. If you require flawless and pristine condition, this is not the place for you. If you can find value in refinishing a table and saving a buck, this is your place. If you are on a budget and can appreciate extremely discounted goods, this is your place! The store is huge and has a little of everything. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, and even some parts. They have used, scratch and dents, refurbed, open box. Bought A Washer/Dryer & paid for delivery and setup. After they brought in the products & were hooking them up, they told me there was no Vent kit for the dryer. They said I could use the Dryer without the Vent connection. I asked where would the Lint go when operating the Dryer? They said, "all over your wall!" I was very UPSET and told them I NEVER bought a Dryer without the Vent Pipe Connection. They told me I could buy one at HOME DEPOT!!!!! Why was I NOT TOLD this when I was Buying the Dryer? This is truly a RIP OFF!!! With all the Used Appliances they had, I"m sure they had a Vent Pipe Connection for this DRYER! I am going to call them on Monday & tell them they need to provide the Vent Pipe Connection Kit. Maybe it was an oversight on their part & they will provide the Vent Connection Kit. read more

Horrible customer service manager was very rude. Purchashed wrong size mattress King & wanted to exchange it for a size Queen. She refused to exchange mattress because we went 3 days late to talk to them. Said we could have rats, bed bugs dogs or animals when we clearly stated they were still in plastic and home being renovated. Mattress were over priced to begin with offered them to keep their money as long as we got them exchanged for a Queen size and that was also denied. Do not recommend this store to nobody no where onqq the reciept does it say final sale and it says 90day warranty which she said was for her furniture. Bought a washer and dryer set. Decently priced. Got it home and the dryer works fine for about 2 to 3 loads then has to be reset. Washer has water in the bottom of it when going to do a load from the night before. A lot of water. Called store they said it's usual wear and tear. Wouldn't do anything about it. read more

This place is crap, all their inventory is damaged, I went there yesterday and purchased a living room set that was damaged of which was visible damage and we accepted to purchase it, but they made sure they told me about the damage of it, tried to purchase a dining room set that was also damaged and with broken chairs. They have the dining room set in a dark room, they fail to tell me that it was broken, I never took a single piece out of the store and when I was ready to load the dining room set. While I was going to load the chairs I noticed that they were broken and all damaged, I told the cashier woman that I was not longer going to purchase it because it was damaged and broken and they fail to tell me that, she said that she can give me a store credit, I declined the store credit because I never took the merchandise out of the store, then she stole from me $35 for restocking fees while they didn't even moved the damn table out of the place. This place is full of cheap damage merchandise, and yeah while I was there, there were a few people coming back with damaged microwaves that they appafenmty tested while they purchased the product allthougjt it comes on but does warn up the food. So don't be stupid like me, take your time make sure that what you are getting worth your money, plus the 2 sales females that were there are RUDE as hell.... cheap crappy place. read more

The location is a bit out of the way. The front is a large assortment of furniture. The back is a large assortment of appliances. I need a refrigerator and a washer / dryer for a home I have rented so I would be the ideal customer. Walked around for around 20 minutes looking at what appeared to be a plethora of dented and damaged appliances with a price in line with open box at the retailers. Never once did an employee approach me so unclear how I would have purchased the appliances. Better options exist elsewhere. read more
