But i cleaned it out, and have broken elbow so i thought b a lot easier if took dryer door off. I took pic but not good enough so 2 days later still trying to put back together. I had been 2 every appliance website sent emails, all i needed was a pic with wires going to each terminal. All i got was call our serv. dept. or we just have parts(which im sure come with directions on how to install) So with nothing to loose i drove over to the shop i figured they would help or i would pay them for serv. call, and i told them of my trouble. And they went an pulled up the part and then went and got old timer and showed me the markings and said wires will have same on them also. I just finished putting it back together and works GREAT! He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.

We had a dryer go out the day before Christmas and I reported it on it to my warranty service provide early on 12/26/23 through their web portal. An appointment was scheduled for 12/28/23 but Jason from Dynamic Appliance called later that day, 12/26/23. I knew there was a $75.00 dollar service fee for the trip out to my house and the diagnosis. When Jason called, he stated he wanted to get a jump on the repair, so he explained what he wanted me to do for the diagnosis. After I verified all of his information, he stated that he would send the diagnosis to the warranty company, and they would get the parts ordered. On 1/2/24 I called Dynamic to check on the status and was told they had not received the parts so I followed with another question, do you have any idea when they should arrive. I was told I had to call the warranty company as they are the ones that ordered the parts. When I called the warranty company, I was informed that they had just received the diagnosis within the last 30 minutes meaning that Dynamic forgot to send the diagnosis to the warranty company until I called to check on the status. over the several weeks and multiple call to Dynamic to find out the status of my parts their response was always I needed to call the warranty company. My final attempt to call Dynamic they said they had received one of the parts but there were three parts ordered. When I called the warranty company, they contacted the vendor and the vendor stated that all the parts were sent in the same box and that box arrived on 1/5/24. Finally, Dynamic's technician called on 1/11/24 to schedule an appointment for 1/15. I asked if there was any way they could get me in earlier and I was told no because he was all booked up. I again asked if there was another technician that might be available and again, I was told no. When Jason came out today, he demanded I pay the service fee and I told him I didn't think I should have to pay it since he didn't come out and I did the diagnosis for him and he delayed in sending that diagnosis to the warranty company by a week delaying everything else. He threatened to remove the parts if I did not pay him and as he left he told me if I had not been rude when he called to schedule the appointment on 1/11/24 my dryer would have been repaired last week. His last word as he left the house was "My dryer works".

I did love that it was next to a grocery store since that was on my agenda to visit. Staff here was friendly as well and I did enjoy what to store offered and it was all the great price but I was deeply offended and hurt seeing that a pair of jeans was being sold for $20! Sure they were nice but I don't count to a thrift store paying department store prices. Great selection of knick knacks and cool items for your house that are unexpected finds. Great variety of board games too.

I wish they had a kids workshop that went with it to possibly decorate a container to put in but I see they have one next week that we will attend. Their prices are reasonable and had a great deal on Blackstone grills yesterday. Service staff are always friendly and nice but not always sure on answers to questions but they are willing to help you find out the answers.

Mo is where we purchased the mower. I contacted Kobalt and received a Return Authorization and was advised to take it back to Lowe's with this Auth #. We took it back to the K.C. Lowe's (along with the Auth#K) because the battery got stuck in the mower, they advised us that we had to contact Kobalt to get our refund. Lowe's said they couldn't reach Kobalt re: our Auth #. Took mower back home. Called Kobalt back-they suggested we try another Lowe's, stating Lowe's should refund our money so we went to the one on Valley View Pkwy. Beth and Derrick were so gracious and were able to figure out how to refund our money, since all Kobalt battery mowers have been recalled. It took them awhile to figure out how to get this done but they did. They were absolutely awesome. Best customer service we have had in years!! So, if you live in the K.C. or Independence area, you'll be much happier if you shop the store on Valley View Pkwy!!

I contact them and tell them this is not what was promised and this is unacceptable. They tell me the only way they can fix is to wait another week. I am done waiting, I am done leaving work for delivery "windows", and I am done with Bob's. Bob's feel free to call me to fix this. Mark D. and Ivy are no help. I am done with your phone trees and chat lines. Everything there is, wait a week. We are all full this week, wait a week. You all need to fix your system for when you make mistakes.
