Her smart ass reply was we are short handed, well it didn't look that way to me when no one (3 employees) was doing anything but standing at the register. The other issue is that the girl was really a smart ass won't be back cause I asked why I couldn't use my discount for being a veteran and her reply is that there was already a discount for a 50lb bag of Heat Wave. You also have raised the prices since I bought grass seed there and in the last 2 years I looked and her smart ass said they hadn't not true at all. Due to her smart ass remarks I won't be back, I was in a time crunch for my landscaper to lay seed so I bought it but I won't be back anymore I will go to somewhere else for my grass seed from now on. Good luck with that attitude if I was a manager I fire her ass immediately.

I will say they aren't cheap, but with the end result being consistently good I do think it's worth it and they deliver pretty much anywhere in the metro which I think is really great considering that we have such a big area. I gave the florist (a woman, I wish I'd asked her name so I could praise her specifically here-- it was 4/25 in the morning for what it's worth...) a very general set of ideas of what I was looking for and my aesthetic; shapes, colors, and then some stuff about the girl who was getting them. At that point, I had to put my trust in her hands to make the bouquet. It was really, really gorgeous. It surprised the girl and made her day-- and they were very precise on the timing of getting it to her office to ensure she'd get them before she left for the day. It was absolutely perfect. I would (and will) be calling them back again, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
