Waring Pro told me to kick rocks, and the next option was $60. So after a lot of research, I heard tell of a place akin to a radio shack, but more Costco than Shack - and a whole lotta radio. Electronics Supply - been around for over 60 years - is just a wonderful place for the tinkerer with electronics repair needs. There's an upstairs and a downstairs, a gaggle of extremely helpful staff, and they even have the curmudgeons of yore - those gentlemen of too much knowledge, and not enough cares - answer any question gladly, but stays in their chair, and hardly look at you while doing it. This place is a rarefied necessity of any advanced municipality with the capacity for ordering online. Honestly, these guys seemingly have anything an everything you can imagine - and they're very helpful to boot, which in this time of online garbage is welcomed necromancy! I bought a thermal fuse; I didn't know what I needed, but they did. They discussed the part in question, haggled over the possibilities, pulled it from the expansive selection in back, and after an entire dollar seventy five, I was out the door! I installed it, and viola! Waffles! I'm just over-the-moon excited about the possibilities! They have myriad tools and components, security systems and computer parts, and if you venture downstairs, you've ventured into the realm of commercial electrical supplies. Among a million other items, there is a full-blown server setup for sale, conduit for days, and any bracket, housing, cable, wire, transistor or capacitor you can manifest from your imagination. It's an electronics supply, but it's more than that. Like the armory or granaries of yore, this is a downright necessity of civilization in the heart of downtown Kansas City. I'll definitely be back for things and stuff. You should too! It's a shame more people aren't able to fix their own stuff anymore, and that number is shrinking. Thanks to the Electronics supplies of the world - a right contrivance of practicality in such the weary world of toss it and buy another.

I again hook the player up to my system and nothing.I again return the player.I have called for two months. The owner is out of town. The record player is in their possession and I hear nothing. So basically they sale you a used product that should work. When the item is faulty they do nothing. I would never buy anything from this place. Everyone works for their self. No one is in charge and they just pass the problem around. Then they try and convince you that it is your fault.. Because Tracy the owner is having man problems.. I was completely honest from the beginning.. Buy new..avoid any temptation you have to walk in this store. It makes me sad to see an owner not take any responsibility for the store she owns. Oh she will act nice .. just as long as she needs to.

Brian has decades of experience behind him at fixing these sorts of things. When my EAD CD-1000 series III wasn't reading discs I went into panic mode. This is my beloved CD player that has withstood the tests of time. I immediately phoned Noble Electronics seeing what they could do for me. They diagnosed my problem and directed me towards Brian at Audio Mart Service Center. I shipped my EAD from San Diego to Kansas and was told that they would have it fixed within a week after paying the $50 bench fee. Well guess what, they had it fixed the following week and it was shipped back to me in only 3 days from Kansas. I am a very happy person because I can enjoy this amazing CD player that is truly an audiophile relic today. Once again, thank you Brian and the lady and male who took care of me on the phone the whole time.

As well, people from around the midwest ship him gear for repair, so it no just local work he has to keep up with. He will do a great job for you.

While I'm partial to my home location within The Colony, TX, the Legend's NFM store has all that I need in terms of electronics, appliances, furniture, and even chocolate (there is a See's Candies in-store). Not only that, there is plenty of other conveniences here as well. My favorite is the ease of parking (tons of parking spaces), along with the roving security guards that patrol the area. The latter is especially appreciated, considering that I was the victim of a smash & grab vehicle break-in while being parked in a retail area (not this one). In addition, I'm able to make payments on my NFM account at any cash register. The customer service at this location is very good, and quite professional (NFM hires really good folks here). Overall, I'll keep spending that $$$ here.

So I, a woman who has broken her back multiple times, had to wrestle the chairs two feet so they could put the new ones where I wanted them. We spent a substantial amount of money on new furniture and the guys can't move a recliner 2 feet with paying more money. Bad customer service and GREEDY company... I am not a happy camper and will take my money elsewhere. You shamelessly exploit the elderly and people with disabilities who cannot necessarily move their own furniture... that is GREEDY and it is discriminatory!
