I was so confused about which washer to buy, I actually had a mini-breakdown over all the information. Impeller or agitator? Front load or top load? Were the government regulations over water levels still in place? It was overwhelming. Every store where I stopped to shop wanted to oversell everything- warranties, delivery, all that stuff. Every place wanted to charge an outrageous fee to deliver, install and take away my old machine locally. I drove to Stoneback and a very nice man named Andy helped me so much. He answered all my questions and he did not try to oversell me. He showed me just what I needed and nothing more. Better still- no charge for delivery, installation or take away. And he did not try to pressure me into a warranty. I had to ask him about the warranty. WOW. The other man who helped me was Jimmy. He was so nice and he even scheduled delivery for the same day as my purchase. He said the drivers should be at my place between 4-5 pm. They showed up at 4:05 pm and were as nice and professional as can be. They were very courteous young man. They did not waste time on their cell phones when we had to wait for a third party. I was impressed with their thoroughness, advice and help. Could not be happier with the sales and installation of my new Whirlpool. I will never mess with Big Box stores again. Other times I have had customer service representatives who would not even acknowledge your presence. I have even had a little of both. I have found the most luck with ordering online and picking up in store. That way I can bypass my luck with the customer reps. The last time I was there I had asked them to gift wrap a package which they have done in the past. Well, their new system is DIY gift wrap. They have boxes, tape, wrap and a whole wrapping station set up in the store. I had to wrap two very large purchases and it was quite the mess. I got frustrated by the process and the lack of help I was getting. Still, having the wrapping materials there was a very big help. BB&B has a good selection of products and a wide variety, too. They always seem to have well stocked shelves, as well. The prices are reasonable on some things but very expensive on other items. You have to comparison shop for sure. I have many things cheaper elsewhere. I have never tried to match prices here so I cannot speak to that part of the BB&B experience. I do know they have mobile coupons and those are very useful. Overall a good store because of the product selection. I am three starring them because of the spotty and downright horrible customer service I have received in the past.
