I was going through the recent passing of my mother at the time and I do graphic design and I wanted to do a huge blown up tribute to my mother. So when I came to this place I came with a little hesitancy and uncertainty mainly due to the request that I was needing and the sincerity and urgency of my need. First of all the staff were extremely friendly and offered their condolences for my loss. When I showed them what I had made they even complimented me on it and when I expressed to them what I wanted they immediately assured me that they could do so. I was even given the option of choosing to wait while it was completed, or I could leave and return. Due to the nature of my need, I decided to stay and wait. The finished product was absolutely beautiful they gave me exactly what I asked for and for a beautiful price, they did such a wonderful job with the first tribute that I made a second one in honor of my mom and they did wonderful with it as well. A lot of the prices in town were pretty expensive compared to this place so I had decided from that day forward that any printing work that I need it done this would be the place I come to. Little did I know that six months after my mom passed, I would be coming again for pretty much the same thing when my mom's sister passed away and her family was seeking my graphic design ability to do a tribute to their mom which was my aunt. Copyco came through again and blew up the picture to the beautiful size that I needed . it was so beautifully done. They have never let me down and everything that I've asked them to do and to do it under the pressure due to the situation of grieving and loss, They came through like troopers. There is FedEx Kinko's downtown and who wants to brave traffic and parking for one binding job? Not me. There is Office Depot but they charge an great deal more than Copy Co for the same job. Copy Co has been in a business for a long time. They never seem to have a large volume of business but they are always steady with customers. I have never had to wait in line for very long and, even if you did, they make it pleasant. There is a bank of couches lined up against a wall just for customers who are waiting for orders. Darn it! I've never had such luck. They look so comfy I do not think I would mind waiting. The staff is always friendly and they understand what you need even when your job might be unusual. They have made special customized creations for me when a particular need arose, too. All their work has been high quality and reasonably priced. I have made black/white and color copies there, personalized calendars, book and project binding and lamination services. I have never been disappointed in the finished product. Copy Co has also produced my work in a timely manner. I have never had to wonder when my projects would be finished. I like the piece of mind this allows me. It is easy to access the store, too. There is no problem with parking or ease of access. Easy in, easy out. Highly recommended for the types of jobs that need to be done inexpensively, quickly and dependably.

We boxed and packed so when the guys arrived it wouldn't be such a dramatic day for all. Darian, Corey and Lucas walked in and took control! It was the fastest and best experience I ever had while moving. They used great care while putting our belonging in the truck, not to mention how friendly they all were, and that goes a long way to gain trust and respect! They did a good job loading everything up, but when they delivered to the new house they left…read morethings in the garage that were clearly marked where to go basement bedroom, or store room and I didn't realize it until I came upstairs and both crews were gone. They didn't put all the cabinets together where they took out shelves, they lost the bag of screws that were to put the patio table together, lost the power cords for tv's, had a couple of mops missing. I called the owner and he said they may have left the missing items on the truck and he'd check....never received a call back from them, that's not good business. Unfortunately I don't think I could recommend them, without better supervision
