It was very interactive and not to mention - Bionerds live up to its name with "Bug Me if You Dare" tshirt design - such a catchy phrase for marketing! We need adult size merch ASAP with 100% cotton material (special request lol)! I'll be the first customer. Children were able to learn about insects and see them crawl LIVE! Shark and Stingray were not. : ) Bionerds staff are like unicorns because they're so good with children and knowledgeable about their teachings. It takes passion to do this. We cannot wait to attend their Field Trip event and attending future classes/camp! It is not often you get to see real shark and stingray being dissected! It is located right on the corner with First St. & Pacific with plenty of parking in the front. They have classes in different cities, school and do private party, and birthday party. Our son had a great time in the Little Rascals program as a Kindergartener and continues to express how much he enjoys coming to the Club. He has so many opportunities to engage in different activities, learn new skills and sports, and play with friends. Although some of the program rooms are smaller, there seems to be an adequate variety of options the kids have to chose from to participate in. Our son always comes home telling us about new things he's had the opportunity to do. I will be honest that I had concerns at first regarding my child's safety, as it is not considered a child care center, but rather, an after-school enrichment program (so there are not strict sign-in/ sign-out policies). However, since enrolling, we have had no concerns with safety. The staffing is pretty consistent and therefore becomes very familiar with each child and their needs. We also have continuing conversations with our son regarding safety. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our experience at the Boys and Girls Club Tustin. It is enjoyable for the kids and it is an affordable option for working families.

Reza is very accommodating and really cares about teaching the game. His emphasis is always on learning and improving vs winning at all costs. I appreciate that. He cares and supports every kid and makes everyone feel welcome. Very experienced coaches, which helps a lot with upgrading your game and your skills. Thank you Lyceum. I highly recommend it!!

The basketball courts were definitely put in as an after thought to maximize the amount of courts for the small location. So many teams, young kids 4th and 5th grade would hit the roof / support beams while shooting. Tournament directors need to beware of the subpar courts with Lyceum Village as there are so many better options like OGP, AIm, The Map, and Momentus which is only a block away.

Since you have chosen to publicly distort the situation, I will clarify the facts. First, my child is four years old--a preschooler--attending a class that was marketed as creative and supportive. Instead, your rigid, one-size-fits-all approach left no room for individual learning styles or self-expression. The lack of patience and understanding was evident from the start. Second, the way you describe my child's actions is exaggerated and unfair. Saying "no" is a normal response for a young child in a new environment. Spilling water--whether accidental or not--is also normal for this age group. As for the sharpie cap incident, rather than offering guidance or redirection, your immediate response was removal and exclusion. That's not teaching--it's intolerance. Most troubling is your complete lack of awareness or inclusivity for neurodiverse children. The fact that you frame basic preschooler behaviors as "behavioral issues" and immediately resort to expulsion rather than understanding speaks volumes. You've made it clear that children who don't fit your narrow mold aren't welcome. Rather than addressing the real issue--your rigid, exclusionary practices--you've chosen to defend discrimination under the guise of "student safety." The only thing unsafe here is an environment where a young child is treated like a problem instead of a learner. Parents deserve to know the truth: Fibo is NOT a welcoming place for all children. If you expect kids to be robotic and silent, just say so--don't pretend to offer a creative and nurturing experience. Shame on you for doubling down instead of doing better.

They handled things I didn't even realize I didn't have to do--like setting up the goodie bags, cutting and serving the cake, packing leftovers--which meant I actually got to relax and enjoy the party. The kids had a blast making their own pizzas and decorating cupcakes, and the fact that the place comes already decorated with birthday banners and permanent balloons made it even easier. Plus, being able to bring in our own food and drinks (including alcohol!) for the adults was a huge bonus. Everyone kept commenting on what a fun and unique party it was. If you're planning to do goodie bags, I recommend ordering aprons on Amazon instead of buying them from the venue--it's cheaper and makes for a cute party favor. Also, I suggest putting a balloon on the directional signs in the shopping center by Dunkin' Donuts so your guests don't get lost, since it's a bit tricky to get there. Highly recommend Lil Chef if you want a fun, stress-free, and memorable birthday party.

If you're looking for a unique, engaging, and (most importantly) stress-free party venue, look no further! The moment we arrived, the staff was fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and had everything set up perfectly. They managed a group of twenty 9-year-olds with ease, keeping them entertained, focused, and most importantly, safe while they learned to cook. As a parent, the experience was truly seamless. The instructors handled the entire cooking lesson, kept the flow moving, and then--the biggest win of all--they took care of all the messy cleanup! I was able to relax and enjoy the celebration rather than running around managing logistics. The facility is bright, clean, and perfectly equipped for young chefs. This wasn't just a party; it was a fun, hands-on memory the kids won't stop talking about. Lil' Chef School is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend them for any birthday celebration!

Since CDC became Catalyst kids two years ago i think this place has gone down hill. The teenager down the road could engage better and spend quality time. IT is a shame my kids have been coming here for 8 years and I am DONE. Thank God. Anything good about this center is gone - nice teachers gone, positivity gone, no one talks to you so imagine what the kids are getting, no recaps the day or what you child did. They never take home any projects or activities nothing.. what ate they doing. Kids are on electronics no parent/teacher or teacher/ child interaction. They should be shut down. the director here is a joke I have heard her talk about myself and other parents over a walkie talkie to her team so no wonder everyone is rude, unengaged, disinterested and lazy it starts from the top. I caught her in a lie and she did call to apologize about the issue but she is the biggest problem here. She only talks about money money money. She sets the tone and clearly it is not one about customer service or care or even a passion for working with children. I even reported it to the district level not sure they cared either. absolutely pathetic. someone from the district should check this place out. The kids are getting nothing. the leave a QR code outside for parents so no one goes inside to see the utter lack of involvement. I miss the days of binders full of projects and notes telling you what you kids did or learnt. The old center did family days, or invited you in, talk to you, The kid had clubs, my kids started sports teams, businesses , competitions all sorts of creativity was encouraged. Now the only information sent out if for payment lol what a joke. The director never leaves her desk never comes out to say hello. Her lazy minions look like they hate kids. The way they talk to the kids is sad and they look right past parents. Save you money go to the boys and girls club, a neighborhood sitter, or christian or catholic on site day care. YOUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER. What a sad and pathetic end to my 8 year here. I am active in my children's schools, coach community sports and volunteer I will continue to share my shock at what a sad and pathetic excuse of a center this is to all who will listen. Kids need kindness, attention, involvement, creativity, smiles, interest, this place has none of it and it is not free so what are you guys doing there - get out for you kids sake. Shame on Catalyst kids for allowing this. Even the teachers complained during covid that they never did the required school work or home work. Teachers constantly complained about them. The good staff have left this place and it is left with lazy people who clearly hate kids and have no interest in them. I would attach pictures but we are not allowed in the center at all and are kept outside - so nothing to take a picture of but parents / kids/ staff all separate and no connection. They are the equivalent of taking your kids to a family member in an emergency who does not like kids but has to keep them safe with the least amount of engagement and they do the very bare minimum. Kids deserve so much more.

I was hesitant in the beginning because of the pricing difference but I'm so glad they went. The kids had a blast and didn't mind having to go to camp at all. My older daughter, 8 at the time, attended the Adventure Camp and they were off campus all summer doing activities, she absolutely loved that she got to do activities without her younger brother! My younger son, who was 6, attended the Activity Camp and he had a blast as well, no tears to go from him. Ms. Claudia and Ms. Laura were such a pleasure to work with and the program itself was amazing. I really like the way they decorate the portables to have a homey feel for the kiddos. I also like how they group the kids by age so that they are around their peers and not all clumped in one room. We are signing up again this year and the kids can't wait to go.
