Dr. Jacobson treated my wife for five months of a high-risk (twins) pregnancy. We never felt rushed or intrusive when working with him. He treated us as his only patients in the world and he always gave us all the time we needed. He is a warm and very funny man, in addition to being a fantastic OB. Here's an amazing story: On the night my wife was expected to deliver after a 30-hour labor, Dr. Jacobson was scheduled to be off duty. My wife was so upset by this news that she actually broke into tears at the prospect of Dr. J not being there to deliver our twin girls. The doctor immediately canceled his personal plans and stayed with us through the healthy vaginal delivery. That's the kind of personal touch you just don't see very often these days. During our five months of working with him, Dr. Jacobson became not only a trusted professional but a friend. We look forward to every follow-up

I've had two pregnancies with this practice (with an 8 year difference between the two) and both came with their unique challenges--every ob I met with gave me their care and time. Lab results carefully explained, follow up calls from nurses, and options offered in an informed and non-biased manner. It is clear that the doctors are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I've recommended this practice to family and friends--all continue to be patients. I've experienced this level of care in Wellesley, Natick, and Walpole. Of note, they are the only doctors' office that have been able to draw blood from me without me passing out. I'm old. I've had lots of blood work--the phlebotomists have a way to both put me at ease and validate my worries while getting the job done in a flash.

(well, as comfortable as one can be while having a pap) He is always professional and takes his time to answer any questions I may have. Dr. Daly even has a sense of humor!! Something I feel a lot of doctors unfortunately lack when speaking with their patients. In addition, Dr. Daly never pontificates or speaks down to you... another thing that I feel a lot of doctors tend to do. I've had many physicians speak to me as if I'm a child, or as if my I.Q. is somewhere around room temperature. The doctor's office told him that they would contact him if the test were positive. They said "No news is good news." They never contacted him. Three years later another doctor was going through Lew's records and saw that the earlier test result had been positive. Dr. Bandari had "forgotten" to call. Lyme can be cured if it is treated right away, otherwise it can become chronic. Because of Dr. Bandari's negligence Lew did not receive proper treatment and now the Lyme is chronic.

The building is a bit tired, it was the RMV I went to in the 70's for my license, but I found the waiting room and, more importantly, the restroom, clean and neat. There were folks waiting for my 1st visit and the followup several weeks later. Don't give out 5's without a bit more knowledge but I definitely stand by my 4 star rating.
