Upon my first visit, the office staff was very welcoming and understanding of my apprehension. I always found the office staff's work character and manner to be most satisfactory. (even when there was a change in staff) My appointments are always made for my convenience and they are always very enthusiastic about my success with my treatments. Also going above and beyond to answer my emails not only during work hours but also on weekends. Dr. Nada was very understanding of my apprehension and gently approached all my concerns and questions. I find her to be genuinely interested in my personal needs and very attentive to every detail of my overall health. She has provided guidance throughout my treatments which have improved my overall health emotionally and physically. I personally like the individual treatment approach instead of one size fits all. Unfortunately insurance does not cover it and it is quite expensive. But I make sacrifices to afford these treatments so I can attain a better quality of life. And it is working! He was fun to chat with (even with my mask on) and he made me feel extremely relaxed during my visit. Time and again, I have had positive experiences there, getting courteous and efficient help for my needs, but at this local family practice in the rich town of Belmont, shockingly low level of care from the front staff.
