I always have the best experience with Jenna & her team. I used to dread getting my hair done because of the amount of time I spent in the salon but that all changed when I started going to Jenna Styles & Phaithe Leonti at Jenna's Salons! I literally drive from LA to see them because the experience is seriously that great. I get SO excited before my salon visits. Her space is so welcoming, relaxing, and Instagram friendly for anyone like me who loves making content like me! Seriously, it's so aesthetically pleasing Jenna & Phaithe always go above & beyond to make sure my hair is just how I like it. Highly recommend read more

Jenna is honestly a life saver. I made the choice a year and a half ago to dye my hair red (post partum craziness). Jenna did an amazing job explaining the process and how the application/color would affect my hair and that it would take about 2 years before I could go blonde again. After 8 months I asked to make me dark brown....then light brown....and now blonde again. And SHE DID IT. In one session I'm already feeling like myself again and can't wait for my second session to get my perfect blonde. Thank you Jenna! read more

I found Jenna on yelp and scheduled a consultation with her for extensions. This is the first time I got extensions and I love it. I got a consultation right away and was able to book my appointment same week as the consultation. I brought showed them a picture of what I wanted and they executed it perfectly! This rarely happens when I go to other salons. I'm excited for the long hair, the transformation, and to come back in 6-8 weeks for the move up. When it comes to hair I completely believe you get what you pay for and this was totally worth it! read more

I have been coloring my hair with Jenna for several years and it always comes out perfect! She's the first and only stylist I've been to where I never get nervous because I know my hair will come out exactly like I want. She also gives amazing cuts! She knows exactly what to do and is truly a blond expert!! Jenna is amazing! read more

I mention it multiple times in a text I sent you regarding my concerns and I will say it one last time. What Jenna verbally told me does not match her notes. I know exactly what she told me on my first consultation and after she was done with my hair. And like I said...after reading on yelp how unhappy people were with similar cases to mine it scares me to go back to her. read more

I've been seeing Jenna for over 10 years. I've gone from long hair to short hair to extensions at all lengths and colors over 10 years and I've never had a time I left her chair feeling anything less than absolutely stunning. She treats her clients hair like her own. She's got so much wisdom and experience with color and extensions and I trust her implicitly. She always recommends the best products to maintain my fresh and platinum blonde between visits, and the right products to repair and strengthen my hair. Not only is she an expert, but has become a sweet and dear friend. She's down to earth, loyal, kind and honestly, fun. I've watched her dream big, and then chase down her dreams like a complete and utter boss. From opening her own salons, creating her own brand of extensions and building a social media empire, there is nothing she can't do. If you're looking for the latest and greatest style, the new "it" look, or want to experiment, I can't recommend her enough. read more

I'm not sure if perhaps I caught Jenna on an "off" day, but I went to her salon and showed her a photo of what my goal color was. I had very dark roots and had an "ombré" look to my hair. She tell me that in order to achieve my goal color, we would have to bleach my hair. I was surprised at this response because literally every other stylists that has ever touched my hair has never ever ever applied straight bleach to my hair. Normally a full weave is what should have been recommended. So she begins the bleaching process and applies 20 volume to my entire head. Within minutes it starts to become very very uncomfortable and itchy. She steps out of the salon to talk to a sales rep from Kevin Murphy and leaves me with bleach on my head for over 40 minutes. She comes back and rinses me and tones me, and the color looks....ok. A few days later I wash my hair and look at myself in the mirror and I am absolutely stunned at how awful my hair looks. To the point I actually cried because my hair was 4 different colors; "blonde", orange, yellow and purple in some areas because I used a tiny bit of purple shampoo... I text the phone number on her Yelp page and ask if I can come in to get my hair re toned because of how awful it looked. She didn't have time to see me because she had to pick up her kids from school. So I was left with this. Until I went back to my other girl and got my hair fixed. My scalp had scabs on it and my other hair stylist said she is surprised that my entire head of hair didn't fall out. I paid $250 for my hair to look like trailer trash, then another $500 to get it fixed. What is even more concerning is that Jenna suggested that I come back AGAIN in 3 weeks to do the process again. If I would have followed that plan, I would legit have no hair left. read more

Jenna is an amazing hairstylist and I drive an hour each way to see her because she is the only one who can get that platinum blonde that stays cool between touch ups.. she has designed an amazing regiment of products for blondes to use to help our hair from braking and keeping it healthy (well as healthy as you possibly can after bleaching it) ... I learn so much every time I go in. She spends the time to educate you about your specific hair type and the services you want... she has saved my life when my hair was botched with extensions (my fault for going elsewhere) she is soooo busy but squeezed me In before the damage ruined all my hair. No matter what her life throws at her like her serious health issues, constant unreliable assistants she always makes sure her clients were taken care of and kept on track. Not only is she amazing at hair but she is just a boss babe with dream aspirations and goals and I support her and her businesses! I'm as loyal as they get because she has never steered me wrong "IF YOU WANT ME TO STOP?! YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO F***ING KILLLLL MEEEEEEEEEE!! " Ruth Langmore Ozark read more

You'll pay for extensions that are supposed to last a year and end up falling out after five months. Received service and literally 5 days later my extensions fell out & so will your hair. I scheduled an appointment for highlights and received on the scalp bleach and as you see in the picture it's orange. Was very please with Jenna after my first visit but seems the service has gone down. You schedule for Jenna and end up with her assistant. I've had to go back for my hair to be fixed 3 times 2 for the extensions coming out and 1 for the color & I asked for my money back bc I don't trust her doing my hair any longer and she offered to fix my hair again. When you lose trust you never want to go back! *** Jenna went out on medical leave and didn't tell her clients. I found out by Courtney texting me canceling my appt bc she wasn't able to get me in on my scheduled day. read more

I love when my wife goes here for extensions and other things done to her hair. Partly because there's a cigar shop in San Marcos that I can have a smoke in, but...also because Jenna rocks. She does an amazing job. And, my wife has gone to many different places over the years, and it's hard for her to find one she's thrilled with. Until now. I have lived my whole life with super fine limp hair that always made me hate my appearance. I got tape-in extensions (trimmed to my natural hair's length) for volume, and for the first time in my life I have "beautiful hair". I love Jenna and her staff. I feel like a new person. UPDATE: After 7 months of loving my extensions, I decided to get new ones that would add length (vs just volume). I opted for the sew-in this time. I love it so much. Jenna is a hair wizard!!! She has been able to take my color my hair from green to a beautiful red, then from red to gorgeous brown. She's also AMAZING at blonding too. I have been a client of Jenna's for over 10 years, and let me just say that I am not always the easiest. I'm really picky when it comes to my hair and don't like dramatic change. Recently she helped me with making the decision to do tape in extensions, and they have been life changing for me! She was extremely patient with the process of working out the best color options and helping me feel incredibly comfortable going from a brunette to a natural blonde. Jenna is absolutely amazing!! I love how she balances the look I want with keeping in mind the health of my hair. She is great at communicating every step of the way letting me know what's happening as she is doing it and why. I had a lot of damage to my hair and she is working with me to get it healthy. I loved the cut and color she did and she was able to achieve it on the first go.
