I'm not sure if perhaps I caught Jenna on an "off" day, but I went to her salon and showed her a photo of what my goal color was. I had very dark roots and had an "ombré" look to my hair. She tell me that in order to achieve my goal color, we would have to bleach my hair. I was surprised at this response because literally every other stylists that has ever touched my hair has never ever ever applied straight bleach to my hair. Normally a full weave is what should have been recommended. So she begins the bleaching process and applies 20 volume to my entire head. Within minutes it starts to become very very uncomfortable and itchy. She steps out of the salon to talk to a sales rep from Kevin Murphy and leaves me with bleach on my head for over 40 minutes. She comes back and rinses me and tones me, and the color looks....ok. A few days later I wash my hair and look at myself in the mirror and I am absolutely stunned at how awful my hair looks. To the point I actually cried because my hair was 4 different colors; "blonde", orange, yellow and purple in some areas because I used a tiny bit of purple shampoo... I text the phone number on her Yelp page and ask if I can come in to get my hair re toned because of how awful it looked. She didn't have time to see me because she had to pick up her kids from school. So I was left with this. Until I went back to my other girl and got my hair fixed. My scalp had scabs on it and my other hair stylist said she is surprised that my entire head of hair didn't fall out. I paid $250 for my hair to look like trailer trash, then another $500 to get it fixed. What is even more concerning is that Jenna suggested that I come back AGAIN in 3 weeks to do the process again. If I would have followed that plan, I would legit have no hair left. read more

I scheduled an appointment for highlights and received on the scalp bleach and as you see in the picture it's orange. Was very please with Jenna after my first visit but seems the service has gone down. You schedule for Jenna and end up with her assistant. I've had to go back for my hair to be fixed 3 times 2 for the extensions coming out and 1 for the color & I asked for my money back bc I don't trust her doing my hair any longer and she offered to fix my hair again. When you lose trust you never want to go back! *** Jenna went out on medical leave and didn't tell her clients. She got my hair to the color I wanted and cut my hair the way I wanted it to be!
