Yelp reviews sounded good but now I'm questioning if they're real reviews. I would NOT recommend this place. Came in for my appointment. One of the girls washed my hair, spent 10 minutes. The owner who didn't even introduce herself, proceeded to cut my hair. Thankfully, I had a photo for her to reference and made sure to specify not to cut it too short. She was mindful of that. However, as she proceeded to cut my hair, she did not section my hair off, or part it or even comb it. Wearing gloves and with a loose tooth comb, she just combed the front of my hair down and cut. Grabbing random parts of the front. Combed down and cut. She was using thinning shears, I think. She spent no more than 15 mins, then told the other girl to style my hair. The other girl blow dried and curled my hair. I could tell she had more technique. She sectioned off my hair blow dried and curled. I was done in 45 minutes from the minute I walked in. Charge $90 for a haircut that my kid could do.

Leila would not cut my hair It needed to grow out some. This was true. When I went back in for a haircut she refused to cut my hair. Leila told me I needed to wear a Bob cut. I will not wear a Bob because every woman over 50 has the same hair cut. I asked for a pixie with longer layers. Her answer was NOPE. I JUST LEFT. Unable to control my anger at the HAIR BOSS! All her clients have a Bob in some length or design. I googled hair salons and went blind to the closest one to her salon walked in. Told her of my experience and showed her a picture of what I was thinking about if she thought it would work. If customers have issues with your business will you continue to put their personal information for everyone to see? Before my appointment I got a text that i could come in early and so i replied and headed to their shop. When i arrived and sat down,  Eileen decided that was the time to tell me that she's unable to do my hair because I had previously seen Courtney. Seriously. 1st of all, it is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to let me drive all the way there and then tell me she couldn't see me. She couldn't have told me before i took the day off and drove all the way there? You had several days between my consult and appointment to decide you didn't want to see me. 2nd, a given stylist doesn't own me. I don't get this catty possessiveness. I had previously messaged Courtney and when i didn't hear back i scheduled with Eileen. Why is this a problem? I schedule with who i can, when my schedule permits.
