Their black tea is better than a lot of boba shops I've tried around Austin and although their regular sugar is too sweet for me, it's an easy fix on the kiosk or at the register. It's also very easy to earn rewards on their app as well as claim monthly/quarterly bonuses and treats that they give out to all rewards members! Their pastries are also divine. My fiancée and I usually buy a whole tray to cater to our friends in the morning. Service: 10/10 baristas are always so friendly and efficient Boba: 10/10 Price: $5.25 for a large boba milk tea which is cheap for Austin! Around $2~$3 for pastries on average. Ambiance: 7/10 this place gets PACKED and there isn't much seating so usually it's take out only for me. I wouldn't really consider this place great for studying.

So far I've gotten the cute bear and bunny. I ordered the sea salt strawberry drink and the strawberry matcha. The Matcha strawberry is sooooooo good, there are real diced strawberries in the drink and the matcha is actually very soft and mellow in flavor. The clerk at the register was very nice and asked if I had a preference between the two magnets, and was surprised to see how big of a difference in size the bear was to the rabbit, but I think it's cute they decided to make the size difference. I really must try the strawberry dessert cake next time I go back. I can't wait for the release of the last magnet later this month with the cat :)... I love the salt bread, the hotdog bun, and the pork sung bread. The basque cheesecake is good too. Plus you really can't go wrong with any of the teas and drinks this bakery offers. I'm super excited about the opening of the next location here in Harker Heights, I no longer have to make a 130mi round trip visit to get my 85* fix yay!!! Please open ASAP!

Also, I am on the lookout for a pecan pie for Thanksgiving dinner. The bakery is totally Zen with white walls, pastels colors and cherry blossom trees throughout the bakery. These are not live trees, but nonetheless attractive with a warm and welcoming feel. This was my first Whipped Bakery and Cafe experience. The bakery is located on Anderson Mill in a strip center. The bakery sells sweets and coffee. They have an assortment of macaroons, cookies, cupcakes, cakes and pies. I chose the chocolate chip pecan cookie. It was dense and loaded with pecans. I only eat cookies if they have nuts. This cookie was not what I was expecting, but it grew on me as I continue to eat it. Overall, their prices are a bit high. Their pecan pie was selling at $40.00. My server was friendly and welcoming. Looking around the bakery, most folks appear to be regulars. I will have to come back and try coffee and another treat.

The restaurant is located on Rock Rose Avenue and filled with so many delectable treats. The pastry case will make you weak at the knees. The pastries range from buttery croissants and cinnamon rolls to colorful macarons, fruit tarts, and canelés. The pastries definitely capture your attention. They also sell breakfast sandwiches, quiche Lorraine, along with other breakfast and brunch items. Bakery Lorraine offers a full espresso bar with an assortment of coffee drinks, lattes, and seasonal specials. We ordered coffee and a pastry. Both were delicious. The location and atmosphere are an enticement to dine at Bakery Lorraine. The restaurant has floor to ceiling windows with an abundance of greenery inside. It feels a bit like a modern rain forest. There is an abundance of seating both indoors and outdoors. You can meet a colleague like me, enjoy a coffee with a friend or family member. Free parking in a nearby parking garage or on the street makes a Bakery Lorraine visit very convenient. Service was quick and efficient. My latte did not have enough lavender syrup and my barista gladly added more. Great breakfast spot...

The buttercream was slickly, smooth, creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. The cake was moist with a beautiful crumb - outstanding. I choose the Mexican vanilla cake with buttercream and filled with a fresh strawberry compote (which I got extra of to drizzle on the pieces, so glad I did) for the bottom cake and a chocolate cake with Nutella and hazelnut buttercream. I wish I lived in Austin so I could order more cakes from Mindy's. Thank you Mindy for the beautiful cake and your outstanding talent and professionalism. Mindy's rivals the best European bakeries!
