Horrible experience had a reservation for 4 my family went in and place was empty the waitress very unfriendly asking if we had reservation. We sat for about 12 minutes she did not ask if we wanted something to drink. Horrible experience and she was laughing with another employee as we were walking out. The restaurant says it opens at 1, but i called and they told me i had to make a reservation they suggested 1:15. Which is fine but there was no one inside so im not sure why the 15mins made a difference. They take your creditcard and id when you sit down as if you are in a club or something It was very cute inside and our waitress was nice, the food wasnt anything special. A few restaurants in the area serve the exact same chicken tenders and waffle fries so im assuming they buy from the same place. The burger was good compared to the wings and chicken tenders. . The milk shakes were really good but pricey at $16, I personally think this place would be better for just deserts and milkshakes. Then this is the annoying thing, the menu stated (i think 18%) gratuity will be added on order over $50 which is fine, a little stupid on their part because i work in a restaurant and tend to tip more then 18% but whatever. Then she brings over the tablet to sign and says that this option to tip is separate for the barista who made the shakes, so asking to tip twice but the percentage was of the whole check (which included the milk shakes to begin with) not just the milkshake prices which is a little sneaky in my opinion. The food is very appealing to the eye. I had buffalo wings and the shrimp mac and cheese. The machine in cheese tasted regular, they use those lil frozen shrimp that you get from the super market. They wings was pretty tasty. read more

This is my third time going to this restaurant with my daughter she loves it here . This is definitely a spot to take your little ones . Make sure you make reservations before you go as reservations are required and there space is pretty small . We went on a Thursday evening around dinner time my daughter got the chicken tenders with fruity pebbles waffles which she really enjoyed . My boyfriend and I got the appetizer platter it included 4 chicken tacos , French fries , slider burgers , 10 piece wings ( You can choose your flavor with the wings we split them half regular half sweet chilli) I give the platter a 6/10 the wings were the best thing on the tray the burgers were not the greatest neither were the chicken tacos both could have used a bit more flavor . The best part Overall we're the crazy milkshakes we got the small ones which came in to go cups and they were all delicious . Over all I say this place is mainly for the kids and the cool milk shakes . The customer Service here is also great and very welcoming as well as over the phone they were very friendly even when I had to push my reservation time up a few they did it with no problem. read more

I ordered the $50 platter and a side of mozzarella sticks; the burgers and BBQ chicken were very plain. They had almost to little, no taste. I've never had a chicken taco before but they were pretty good. There are no fountain drinks; the drinks are a can of soda priced at $2. At the end of our meal, we ordered two shakes. They weren't as good as they were hyped up to be. Meh... Firstly I have to say that the young lady that helped us was very nice and this review doesn't have much to do with the staff but more the management, and quality of what you're paying for. We didn't know that reservation were needed but they still accommodated us by calling us to cover for a reservation that had canceled. Again, the staff was nice. My thing is if reservations are needed you should be able to gage how busy you'll be to have proper staff for the amount of people you'll have during your busy time. I was wrong .... There was a pretty large birthday party that had ordered before us. So,we didn't receive our order for a while. The staff did let us know the food would be awhile after taking my debit card and ID, which they do ask for before receiving our food because of previous dining and dashing. That should maybe have been a sign. Oh, and it was extremely loud. We could hardly hear what we were saying to each other, so we kinda just stood on our phones which definitely defeated the purpose of having a family dinner outing. The food is basic at best. We got their platters. Cost range from $44 to 59. We got the $44 platters. Those consisted of chicken wings, sliders w/ just cheese, and fries. More than half my sons platter was French fried , good French fries but still half the platter was French fries. That means I paid about $22 for fries. We also got the bacon Mac and cheese. Just roll over that option, it wasn't good. Total bill was $162 plus some change with included gratuity. Again that means I paid $162 for fries and chicken wings, and some Snapple's . They do have fancy milkshakes that we did not try. Maybe those are worth it? ‍ All and all,it's cute for some IG pics and maybe a 10 year olds birthday but not for a real dining experience. read more

Super cute concept, reminds me of Black Tap in Manhattan. The service was definitely lacking though. We had to wait to be seated because they weren't cleaning tables for the next customers until they had to. The music was a little loud so maybe this was why, but our server couldn't hear what we were saying. For a restaurant that makes milkshakes their staple thing, I had to ask for the milkshake menu and was told that there were not enough for everyone. I mean, make more, but if there aren't enough, just take back menus once the customers finish ordering. We waited maybe half an hour just to get water. Someone was banging ice on the floor next to us. Our food took forever. I definitely regretted going hungry. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back unless major changes are made in terms of service, but they still get three stars for being a unique place in the Bronx and because the food was yummy. read more

Let me start first on positive note. Love the concept. Especially great for the area since there's nothing like this except in Manhattan. They have potential if they fixed a few things. Service was terribly slow. 20 mins to be seated. Extra 15 mins for the food which is fried food. Flash fry takes only 5-7 mins at most. Food was good but nothing amazing. Granted I only order wings and cheese fries. But they charge $17 for 12 wings!!!! And then the cheese fries are fries with a cup nacho cheese sauce. Like c'mon really if you gonna charge $6 make it amazing gooey cheese fries heck throw on some bacon. Make it worth $6! Price was too high as I explained about the wings and def the milkshake. Yes the shake was super tasty and beautiful presented but $16!!! I think a fair price would be $12. Like I said in beginning def nice to see something different this area. I want them succeed hopefully they read their reviews. Also place lacks decoration. It's nicely painted red black and white. However I think if they made it more kid friendly putting cartoon characters or superheroes they would def attract more families. Yummy! My daughter and I tried the 3 Piece Pernil Mofongito and the 3 Piece Bistec Mofongito. It was so tasty and filling. We also tried the Patacon sandwich... so, so yummy and very very filling. Customer service was horrible. We ordered milkshakes with our food and told the waitress three times and asked twice. Everyone who came after us had their milkshakes and we didn't receive ours until we packed up our food to go. They kept telling us the ticket was in and it was next. One of the waitresses took my card and just tossed it on the table and they added their own gratuity which was high for their poor customer service. read more

More like 4 1/2 stars, yet this tiny little spot in a corner spot of The Bronx, should be told how good they are. We came here on a Saturday, the wait was RIDICULOUS! We were a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids. They told us it was an hour wait to be seated so we decided to go shopping and return in an hour. We came back after the hour and had to wait another 45 minutes. At this point, I no longer wanted to try the food. The food was okay, can't complaint. I don't know if it's worth the amount of money because it's basically fried food but it was good.
