They stated they did do an inspection on it but it was clear they did not after it was towed to another shop for diagnosis. The issue was very visible and very clear so for them to have "inspected it", the techs there are backyard technicians or just lazy. The shop that it was towed to was shocked they'd even sell a car with an issue like this especially with them being a Chevrolet dealer. Father is a technician also at a Chevy dealership but happens to be out of state and has been with Chevy for over 10 years and even he had called to explain how it could have gone on the lot with an "inspection" done on it. As is vehicles are sold as is yes but should go through a proper inspection before even being put on the lot to be sold as is. Stay away from this place. They'll sell you anything inspected or not.

Found out vehicle had 6 quarts of oil in a 4.5 qt case and they changed oil and filter in their "certified" shop. changed oil, vvt pressure and oil pressure switch. car is still throwing check oil level codes. Hopefully this just needs the 09-012 software update for this issue. Never buy a car here, go down to Rudy Luther as they include a 30 day some mile warranty on their used cars. Disappointed they charged me 160 for a diagnostic which I requested specifically to locate a faulty wire. Came out not knowing which wire exactly so I feel it was a waste of time and money. Quoted me 6k for harness replacement however the wires int eh fuse box was the issue not the harness. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know so I'll search out other alternatives. We will never be doing any business with this dealership ever again…read more First of all, this place took my girlfriend for $1,000 claiming that her timing belt had never been replaced and needed to be done when we have the paperwork that it had already been done. They didn't bother to ask her if it had already been done and she didn't know any better, they had her in tears and she agreed to have it done. They used scare tactics on her and made her believe it needed to be done or else it would do damage to her engine when it broke. It was done 2 years ago and had less than 20k miles on the belt and was in no danger of breaking any time soon. Of course they didn't even bother to show the belt they replaced because they know damn well that it was perfectly fine. Her car was brought in for her eps light and clunking in the steering wheel when you would turn the wheel. They claim they went through it and found that the eps motor was faulty internally and needed a $3,145 repair. This other dealership we took it to instead didn't even have the car in their shop and mentioned over the phone that it's likely a coupler causing the issue and a $450 repair. Sure enough, that's exactly what it was and it's no wonder Jeremy was continuing to try and pressure my girlfriend to get her car in to get the $3100 repair done. I highly recommend that you take your car and get a second opinion before getting any work done through this place before they try to take you for a bunch of money for completely unnecessary work as well.

I had a little difficulty trying to call when I needed to first schedule service, but scheding online was easy. My first service visit was fast and easy. The service advisor let me know how I could talk to one of them if I really needed to for scheduling non-routine service. It does sound like the phone scheduling has some issues,but I don't mind scheduling online. I got a cute little video of the tech inspecting my car. Sure, maybe it's a gimmick, but I liked it! Obviously time will tell with regard to the service department, but I was happy so far. And they have a huge area with tables where you can wait, so you don't feel like you have to breathe other people's air while you wait.
