I have been dealing with an issue since March, specifically the Anoka Valvoline, making countless…read morephone calls to customer care in an effort to reach a resolution. In September, I was told the area manager said to reimburse me for the part. However, no one ever followed through with that decision. I continued to call and get no where and now there is a new area manager and I'm not being reimbursed. Both customer care and the store managers have repeatedly told me that they "stand by the area manager's decision," so why wasn't the first decision followed through with?! If Valvoline truly stands by its area managers' decisions, then why was the original decision not honored and followed through? This situation should have been resolved months ago. I have made several attempts to contact the new area manager through customer care, leaving multiple messages and emails requesting a follow-up, but I have received no response. I understand that he has made his decision and that everyone appears to be standing by it, but as a customer, I deserve an explanation as to why the original decision made in September was never carried out. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and communication in this process is completely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Valvoline as a company.

This was early morning, so there was no line and I was able to get in very quickly. Normally an oil change would take about 15-20 which is still super fast! But because I was the only car, these guys worked on my car like a pit crew and I was out in 10 mins! These guys changed my oil, topped off my coolant, changed my windshield wipers, changed the engine filter, pumped up my tires, and topped off my washer fluid! They all had awesome customer service! Another time i had them change oil with a coupon i had from newspaper which was quick and used good oil and they told me a bunch of free information about my vehicles each time too. Todd and Mike are smart and will answer all your questions if you can just explain a symptom to them they will help troubleshoot it and usually get to the bottom of it within a day if its more of a serious problem. Most recently they did a Warranty work replacement of Rack-n-Pinion on my truck and a free re-check a few weeks later to be sure everything was perfect because i noticed some tire wear which is actually a bad tire not the rack of course. They do good work, give them a whirl with something easy if its your first time and you want to test their quality or information then give them something tough and you will notice it's the same each time. I dropped off my 2006 Tundra on Thursday morning for standard timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid, brakes, and exhaust work. A 1.5-day job turned into a nightmare. The store manager, Lee, admitted to me that they accepted my vehicle job knowing their Master Technician was actively on vacation. Because of this gross staffing issue, someone unfamiliar with the engine timing alignment botched it and had to tear the front of my engine down THREE times. They had my vehicle for 5 full work days. They lied to me about the daily status, causing me to miss a time-sensitive personal business transaction. To make matters worse, they attempted to double-charge me for duplicate cooling system flushes, which they removed after I questioned them. Worse of all, when I finally picked up my truck and drove it home. I found it fresh with fresh damage. The technicians spent so much time leaning on the front of my hood that it is now covered in deep micro-scratches. My rear quarter panel also has fresh dents and scratches from the tools or parts being around the bay. The cut is a small discount at the counter to avoid an immediate corporate standoff, but returning a customer's truck with body damage after 5 full work days of incompetence is completely unacceptable.
