Came in for a recall repair. The service took over 3 hours due to my request for wire diagnostic…read more The representative was great and explained things well. Disappointed they charged me 160 for a diagnostic which I requested specifically to locate a faulty wire. Came out not knowing which wire exactly so I feel it was a waste of time and money. Quoted me 6k for harness replacement however the wires int eh fuse box was the issue not the harness. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know so I'll search out other alternatives. Overall 3/5

We will never be doing any business with this dealership ever again…read more First of all, this place took my girlfriend for $1,000 claiming that her timing belt had never been replaced and needed to be done when we have the paperwork that it had already been done. They didn't bother to ask her if it had already been done and she didn't know any better, they had her in tears and she agreed to have it done. They used scare tactics on her and made her believe it needed to be done or else it would do damage to her engine when it broke. It was done 2 years ago and had less than 20k miles on the belt and was in no danger of breaking any time soon. Of course they didn't even bother to show the belt they replaced because they know damn well that it was perfectly fine. Her car was brought in for her eps light and clunking in the steering wheel when you would turn the wheel. They claim they went through it and found that the eps motor was faulty internally and needed a $3,145 repair. This other dealership we took it to instead didn't even have the car in their shop and mentioned over the phone that it's likely a coupler causing the issue and a $450 repair. Sure enough, that's exactly what it was and it's no wonder Jeremy was continuing to try and pressure my girlfriend to get her car in to get the $3100 repair done. I highly recommend that you take your car and get a second opinion before getting any work done through this place before they try to take you for a bunch of money for completely unnecessary work as well.

She came in with her own financing and was ready to purchase. With multiple sales people mulling around inside the dealership, her sales person bounced around between my daughter and others arriving. It took so long, she left and went to lunch and when returning the purchase agreement still wasn't ready. After 3.5 hours of waiting it still wasn't done. I wonder if you don't finance through this dealership you are placed at the bottom of the waitlist. I spoke to the sales manager and all they could say was sorry I guess we were busy. We purchased our vehicle here a few years ago and had a great experience. Things have obviously changed and customer service excellence seems to be less of a priority. My daughter is seriously thinking about going back to another Nissan dealer because her experience there was very high.

Low-key, no pressure, and helpful. I had done quite a bit of homework before I met him face-to-face. He answered the questions I had and assisted me in purchasing a 2023 Ariya Platinum eforcevvehicle. At some point he brought in Alex. The two of them were both very helpful. Alex offered more than I anticipated on a trade. A week and a half in, I'm happy with the . I'm glad I met Amos.
