As they completed I asked for a recommendation for a tire rotation location in the area and they did them here as well. Just needed to switch bays and it was done in a snap. Great service. They work on pretty much anything from BMW, Volvo, Subaru and most things in between. Mike, David's son I'm guessing is pretty awesome. It was nice to stumble into this place and feel completely comfortable. They even pointed out a few things that I should have done or followed up in the future.

After multiple attempts and the operator there sending me to dead end numbers with no voicemail (nice customer service tactic) I reached someone who claimed to be part of the service department. they took down all of my information, apologized profusely for the techs behavior, and told me they would be refunding my money. They even took down my card info to refund it back. It's been over a week now with no refund and no call back. So now that's a second time that Ryan's has dropped the ball. I'll update this again if I actually get my money back, but until then, avoid this business. They lie when they service your vehicle, and then lie when you catch them and they say they're going to make it right.

UPDATE: I beat the drums with a sledge hammer until they came off (I was concerned about breaking…read morethem, which I would be accountable for - see photos - which is why I requested they do this for me). A smudge of some anti seize on the hub, or even maybe cleaning it with a wire brush would have made the removal of the drums much easier in the future (if you cared that is). The photos are just after I took the new drums off. The diagram shows where the struts should be, and you can not see them in the photos, because they're not there! I had to order new parking brake struts and springs, and I will order the replacement parking brake cable section that was frozen with rust. As you can see on the invoice I had my winter tires swapped onto rims and balanced. I delivered four rims with unbroken hub covers. They sent them back with one hub cover bolts both snapped off in the rim, requiring me to extract those broken bolts and replace them. They didn't mention that they cost me another hour or so fixing that! Summary: Tires Plus Buffalo Minnesota proved they don't care about the service they provide, their own professional knowledge and training, or me the customer who pays them. They're not good mechanics, I wouldn't call them that, and I won't give them any more of my money. I will be locating a trustworthy, reliable, honest mechanic who cares that I'm paying for them to be professional with my machines and my family and friends automobiles. Don't use Tires Plus Buffalo MN, because they don't care!

Took them to the store to get mounted and told them I wanted the road hazard warranty. The tech nodded and continued with the billing and I went on my way. 2 months later I got a flat and brought it in. They looked at the paperwork and said ok. When I went to pick up my truck they changed me $18. I ased them about the road hazard and they said then that the paperwork said I had declined it. They said I had to get it on line even though they didn't give the option. So why didn't the technician say anything about it the first time or the second time and just nodded when I said I wanted the warranty. Instead they just quietly screwed me. Won't buy tires here again.
