The museum of all nostalgia museums!…read more Ellingson Car Museum has something for everyone... and much more than cars! Enter the front door and you'll see several classic cars ranging from the 1940s to an actual DeLorean made popular by Back To The Future. (The doors are up, you can look inside. Great for pictures!) The museum exists inside a large showroom with several different sections of nostalgia originating from 1990 and earlier: - Barbie dolls, Barbie cars, and accessories (1980s, 1990s, some originals from the 1960s) - Cabbage Patch dolls and celebrity dolls, like Pee Wee Herman - Old photography & motion picture equipment - A dozen vintage arcade games (that you can actually play for 25 cents!) - A player piano - A collection of American dollars from Colonial times to now - Vintage gas pumps - A collection of vintage women's fashion circa 1940 ... and of course, 100 vintage cars, ranging from a Model T to classic cars of the 50's, 60's and 70's, to prototypes for cars of the future. All of the vintage cars are in excellent condition. Each exhibit has a placard describing what you're looking at, age, and telling a unique story about the item. Many of the cars are actually for sale and list a price on the windshield. At the end of the exhibit you can take a peek into the Ellingson garage, where workers are doing restoration work on classic cars. There is also a feedback booth where you put your slip of paper inside a giant Elvis cut out. There is also a 1950's lounge and gift shop on your way out. Ellingson is open 10am-5pm daily. Admission is only $5 per person. Plan to spend about two hours here. Ellingson Car Museum is one of the most unique and thorough museums I have visited, and highly recommend it for friends, couples, or families. There really is something for everyone!

When purchasing the 1955 Oldsmobile, I have found more problems with the car. I called Ellingson…read moreand spoke with Scott about the numerous problems that I had and found out the power top was not working-- Ellingson mechanics unhooked and never put it back together! Look at the pictures-- the gauges don't work and the radio antenna is missing-- Here are the pictures and the receipt to fix the air conditioner as well as other items-- The mechanics at Ellingson never screwed in the 2 Schrader valves so trash was getting into the A/C. Incompetent mechanics-- no inspection of the car and mechanics who fix transmission tailshaft seals with silicone and an incorrect seal, thus burning up the transmission. Just look at my first review along with the documentation. Don't waste your breath with Scott, he will just hang up! Don't waste your money for this is a very bad company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
