12/14/15: I was introduced to West Metro Buick GMC when I submitted a request for information on a…read morenew vehicle. They are a "no hassle, no negotiation" dealership that puts their best price forward, and does not pay their sales people commission on sales. Jared emailed me with the information I requested, and then told me to contact him if I wanted to test drive. He was not pushy and left me alone until I decided to make the 50 minute drive to Monticello because they gave me a super reasonable quote on the vehicle I was interested in. I emailed Jared on a Tuesday morning asking if I could come up that afternoon to look at the vehicle. I found out that this is normally his day off, yet he was waiting for me when I arrived at 2pm. He spent an hour with me, answering all my questions and test driving the vehicle. I left, and Jared went home - except I returned 15 minutes later to purchase. He gladly came beck to work to assist me. I then met with Paul, the finance manager. Paul was no nonsense, asked a few questions, and then came back 10 minutes later with the best option for me. Again, no pressure, no added side sales - he showed me options that made sense for me, answered my questions, and let me decide what I wanted. He explained everything I asked about in the paperwork without being condescending, and treated me like a knowledgable and respected customer. After my purchase, despite his dinner plans, Jared took all the time that was needed to fully explain all the features of my technologically advanced vehicle, and did not make me feel like I was being rushed so he could go home. I was out of the dealership within 3 hours of my first arrival, and was never pressured. The made me a fair deal, including a fair trade-in deal. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and I could tell they were doing their best to make everyone at the dealership feel comfortable and taken care of. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car anywhere else. They left me loving their dealership, and totally satisfied. They now have a loyal customer in me. -------------- Update 1/16/16: I took my vehicle in to have accessories installed, and it was a great experience. They had a loaner vehicle waiting for me, which was a brand new, loaded GMC Sierra with only 500 miles on it ready to go with a full tank. They gave me an estimated completion time, and when I arrived at that time the vehicle was finished and the work was done in a quality manner. I did ask them to look at repairing a scratch, and they told me they would have to send it to an external shop for a quote as they do not do body work at the dealership - which is a negative for me, but not a big negative. I like one stop shopping.

I bought a truck from West Metro a couple of years ago. The truck itself has been fantastic, and…read morethe initial sales team was great to work with. However, the experience in the finance office completely ruined the relationship, and I feel like I had one pulled over on me. During the finance process, I felt heavily pressured into buying their extended warranties, specifically the "Wrap Coverage." They heavily sold it as ultimate peace-of-mind protection. It turns out it was anything but that. Here is what you need to look out for if you buy here: * Used Replacement Parts: When I actually needed to use the warranty, the provider they sold me tried to replace my truck's components with used parts. I had to pay out-of-pocket just to get actual new parts put back into my vehicle. * The Fine Print Trap: The "Wrap Coverage" was highly praised by finance, but they failed to disclose that seals and gaskets are completely dropped from coverage after a certain mileage milestone. I am currently sitting on $3,000 worth of necessary seal and gasket work with zero coverage. * Zero Accountability: When I reached out to West Metro, they washed their hands of the situation by telling me they "no longer sell that company's contracts." * Broken Promises & Ghosting: The finance manager dragged me along for a full month, claiming he was talking to the General Manager (GM) about getting my out-of-pocket parts costs reimbursed. I even supplied them with the invoice from my recent visit proving what I had to pay to put new parts in the truck. It has now been three weeks of absolute crickets and ghosting. I thought I was purchasing peace of mind, but I really just bought an expensive lesson in fine-print deception. The sales team can get you a great truck, but run away the second you get sent to the finance office. Don't buy their third-party protections.

It wasn't long after a list of issues, Corey was great at first, helpful, once it came to my request of a write up of what's wrong and a qoute he became short with me, a lot of excuses "I'm new here it's onlymy 3rd month", "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know anything about this". Brought the vehicle back look at something covered by the pathetic extended warranty that I had added into my bill. At the time expressed my concerns and to have a few things looked at, again asked for an inspection and qoute. Pick the vehicle up and it wasn't done. Again got the "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know anything about that". At this point I hadthe vehicle for months. Now I have more issues I'm facing. They tried to cover a preexisting issue by putting new tires on the vehicle and not addressing the cause of the tire wear. Notonly that nothing was mentioned. When I take to the sales Manager Corey he was extremely rude and unprofessional - sternly yelling atme on the phone for 10 minutes, wouldn't listen, cutting me off etc. Then tried to diagnose the car himself and told me what was needed - someone who responded with "I am not a mechanic, Iknow nothing about that". Then fed me BS excuses which was proven wrong information. Now completely ignored by sales and the shop at Sell's.

I had an engine light come on 29 days into my 30-day warranty provided by Sells Auto. They fixed it with no questions and gave me a car to use while they worked on mine. I didn't even have to beg for a car like they make you do at the big dealerships. I know where I am going for my next car purchase. Thank you Sell's Auto!
