I politely asked her if I'm able to take them off when need be, she got all super defensive about it and told me that I stripped them. Lol.....we exchanged words and then asked if I'm not able to get my lug nuts off will they take em off for me. Tricia and the mechanic Bill said once I leave the parking lot I'm on my own. Tricia is the worse manager I've ever seen in the history of an auto shop. Who calls their customer names? She called me a dumbass and so on, in exchange she got an ear full from me as well. Even the other customers said I wasn't in the wrong and AutoMax broke their engine by doing some work and not putting any oil in it. AutoMax is has the worse customer service ever...if anyone needs work done I recommend Vidal Auto Services across the street from them. I took my truck right across to Vidal's, they looked at the lug nuts and said they are pretty much stripped. They said if they were the ones who stripped the lug nuts while taking them off they would of replaced them or been honest with me about it.

The new auto experience was sublime but then I realized I was only going 20 mph and making farting noises. An auto repair shop recommended Auto Max for exhaust problems, so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in. There was no wait and my Honda was immediately inspected by a mechanic. He showed me what was causing the problem and gave me a quote. He didn't use any salesman tactics on me or pressure me into a decision. Based on my few minutes of Google research, I thought the quote was fairly reasonable. Within the hour, my car was back into its old self and not making farting noises. While I sat in their waiting room, I watched the front desk person interact with customers and I noticed they were friendly and did not use dirty sales tactics. If you got car issues, you'll be in good hands at Auto Max.

My husband and son do most of the maintenance on our own vehicles, so we're not easily impressed when it comes to auto shops. But M & M Automotive absolutely earns our trust and business. What stands out most is their integrity. They're honest, straightforward, and don't pressure you into unnecessary repairs. In fact, we trust them to tell us the truth, even if it's that a car isn't worth putting more money into. That kind of honesty is rare and invaluable. They're also quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's clear they care about doing the job right the first time. Whether it's a small fix or something bigger, we know we're in good hands. Highly recommend M & M Automotive, whether you're a DIY car family or just need a place you can trust, this is it.

He said the Progressive hadn't notified him that I would be coming. Even with that set back things got set in motion pretty quickly. He reached out to the technician who would be doing my inspection. The technician happened to be running late, but upon his arrival he wrapped up the inspection very quickly. Progressive had me block out an 8am-9am time slot on my calendar and I was out of there by 8:45am! The technician was super friendly. He chatted with me for about 10 minutes after he completed the inspection. He walked me through what points caused him to achieve his end results, and also gave me some advice on auto body issues unrelated to the incident. I was going to be giving this place a two or three star review due to how the experience started, but the efficiency and friendliness of the technician really turned the whole scenario around!

The cheapest starter I could find in the area was Johns Auto Parts (which is pretty good usually) at $65 with no warranty at all. Also, I just recently bought two used tires in really good condition for used at $60! This is the best salvage yard I have ever been to. From now on I'm checking here first for used car parts, before anywhere else. It's right next to the U-Pull-R parts off of HWY 65; the buildings are acually connected, but AAA pulls the parts for you and the prices are not much more and come with a warranty.

So I took to the interwebs in search for what I needed. Off the bat, this place impressed me simply by having an organized online inventory and ability to search for what you need without having to call and feel like you're bugging someone. Once I found the piece I needed, I was able to view detailed information about the part and see a number of photos of both the entire car and the specific part I sought. I ordered it on Monday the 9th. * Shipping is free in the States, which is brilliant. * The charge cleared my account immediately, awesome. * The item was removed from their website as available ASAP, very reassuring. * Today, Thursday the 12th, it was on my doorstep. * Packed for maximum protection, and in the exact shape as was advertised. Needless to say, I'm very happy with AAA and would look for more things from them in the future as needed. Because I'm so OCD, the only thing I'd appreciate is receiving an email stating that the them was shipped, and perhaps some tracking info for peace of mind. Thanks AAA!
