I try again to get her to listen and as she constantly talks over me insisting they will be there i try and at least update the info and she just wont have it ! Insisting the part will be delivered in another week ? So the day gets here no updated tracking number no part i call and the lady starts the same shit telling me it was delivered to the front dest signed for at my house ? Wtf no it not here then she starts insisting its here and its not there is no front desk the address is still wrong and i still have no parts , i explain i am done listening to this nonsense and want a refund !!!! She immediately changes her tune try's to update the address and here we are 3 weeks and no parts !!! The same part is 100$ less on ebay and there system never allows a wrong address i recommend not doing business here its poor customer service poor problem resolution and over charged prices

The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it! Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store. BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don't mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.
