I would've given this place five stars, but one of the men that works there.. I believe his name was Jeff was very arrogant upon our arrival. He acted as if we were a hassle and smelled of marijuana. We tried to ask him several questions, but he didn't seem to know the answers to anything. It was as if he didn't work there or know what was going on. He was very short and told us to wait when we asked to see several vehicles. He didn't appear to be doing anything, but staring at his computer screen. I don't care what people do on their own time, but I found it unprofessional to be in such a manner at work. We went back outside to the other two men who were helping other customers. Overall, it was a very quick process. We will be back in the future, hopefully the other man is retired by then.

He took my money without having the title in hand and never informed me of this serious issue. By law, a dealer must have and transfer a valid title at the time of sale--yet more than 75 days later I still did not receive the title or proper plates. My temporary plate expired after 60 days, leaving me unable to legally drive the car. I called Brad multiple times and even visited the dealership in person. Instead of resolving the problem, he was dismissive and even threatened to call the police on me when I complained. This behavior was unprofessional, intimidating, and deeply disappointing. This business engaged in dishonest and unacceptable practices. I am pursuing all legal remedies and reporting this matter to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and Driver and Vehicle Services. Save yourself the headache--do not trust this dealer.

Prior to my appointment for my test drive the customer service dept was in touch with me and very delightful. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a warm smile and huge hello and the visit just got progressively better. My sales person was Nancy and God knew what he was doing when he made this connection. Her overall professionalism was amazing. She greeted us with confidence and enthusiasm so I knew it was going to be a good visit. I explained to her my concerns in regards to getting financed although I had already secured "pre approval". She took those concerns/fears and put them to rest telling me not to worry and we began to look for THE CAR!! With taking into consideration my hurdles and upside downness in my current car we came up with a plan. I walked outside to see what she came up with and booooom.... I was in love. Of course she helped to sell the car by thouroughly explaining its features and etc but she did it with class and it wasn't pushy or being extra. We went for a drive and I was ready to close the deal... I met with Tom from Finance who also was just as amazing and said they would work hard to make this happen and that he did. I told him what I was working with and off he went to work his magic. Meanwhile during the long awkward moment of waiting I had the pleasure of meeting Richard from the commercials and his personality is just as big as the iconic bear. Simply put he rocks. After a long (not really) wait Tom came over and said its done... we could do it!! All during this process Nancy was hands on, sharing some of her personal experiences with me to help put me at ease and to also give some hope. Before I knew it, my car was getting detailed and I was standing outside holding the keys to my car posing for that perfect shot to post to Instagram lol. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and EVERYONE that I encountered. If you are thinking about going, do it!! Make your dream a reality and drive off in your new whip just like I did.

I was told…read morewhen I had hesitations on keeping it when there were issues with it on day 1 that they would make it right, and when the SAME issue was still persisting after 3 months I was told they weren't willing to help me any more beyond recommending a mechanic an hour from where I live. This is after bringing it to their mechanic 40 minutes from where I live at least 3 times, costing me time and money and causing me to go weeks without a car, having to borrow a car from relatives or with a loaner car that I had to do almost daily maintenance on (which by the way, was immediately put up for sale on the lot when I dropped it off- my condolences to whoever ended up buying it). After spending $2600 on repairs one month ago, I'm now looking at another $4500 in crucial repairs. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for months and ignoring my gut feelings, I no longer for a second believe the dealership did not know about these issues. I know there is always a risk when buying a cheaper used car, but this is unreal. Everything about this experience from the moment I drove off the lot has been an absolute nightmare and has not only left me in debt that is going to take years to get out of, but with a vehicle that is unreliable and untrustworthy and has already cost me more money to fix than it did to buy. Do not go here.
