When we returned it for repair under his supposed "guarantee," the mechanics caused catastrophic damage -completely destroying the transmission and leaving the vehicle undrivable. The mechanics here are entirely unqualified and low-skilled. When we rightfully refused to pay for the damage his shop caused, the owner began sending threats to place a lien on our car.
