They did find a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right away. My Seltos is still under warranty so they did it all for free. From the minute I walked in. The Service Cashier, The Service Mechanic and the Service Manager were all super friendly, professional and eager to help me with my issue. Our sales associate Kirk Zroka leased the KIA to us three years ago and while we were getting service we went to speak with him about closing the lease and purchasing a Pacifica. He let us know that one just came in at the price we were considering. We took it out for a drive and loved it instantly. He then worked it out so that the lease was grounded and he paid the remaining lease balance of $1,300. SOLD. Kirk has been good always checking in with us during our lease and now he gave us a great deal on our new van. We really like the sales folks (Kirk, Andrew and Danny) at Cornerstone where we have purchased or leased five vehicles. The service departments at both Cornerstones Ford/Chrysler and KIA has been awesome for all our vehicles.
