    We took our van in for repair (thermostat and back up camera), and they got it into a collision while test driving it. It totaled our van. They told me they refused to submit to insurance but eventually were pushed to it. I highly do not recommend.

    We brought our KIA Forte in for regular service at Cornerstone KIA and walked away a few hours later at Ford/Chrysler across the street with a new Chrysler Limited Pacifica. Our sales associate Kirk Zroka leased the KIA to us three years ago and while we were getting service we went to speak with him about closing the lease and purchasing a Pacifica. He let us know that one just came in at the price we were considering. We took it out for a drive and loved it instantly. He then worked it out so that the lease was grounded and he paid the remaining lease balance of $1,300. SOLD. Kirk has been good always checking in with us during our lease and now he gave us a great deal on our new van. We really like the sales folks (Kirk, Andrew and Danny) at Cornerstone where we have purchased or leased five vehicles. The service departments at both Cornerstones Ford/Chrysler and KIA has been awesome for all our vehicles.

To be clear, the survey was not part of any written agreement I signed, it was a verbal request to give the salesperson all 10s. I did provide high marks, but apparently, it wasn't "perfect" enough for them. Instead of honoring the deal, they're using the survey as an excuse to back out of providing something as small as $200 floor mats even though we signed an agreement. This behavior is petty, unprofessional, and a huge red flag for how they treat customers. A business that puts more value on a survey than honoring their commitments and signed agreements, is not one you can trust. Go to a dealership that respects their customers and stands by their word.

    I spent 25 hours helping my mom find a new car- when I did, I was not able to go to the dealer with…read moreher, but I set up the appointment and spoon fed Cornerstone my mom's business. I simply asked to be kept in the loop on the numbers and for the dealer to call me and go over numbers before my mom signed, as she isn't the most savvy when it comes to vehicle purchase. Everything was going fine- cornerstone called me with a low trade in value and I told them to call me back when they were able to find another $1,000 for my moms trade in. Instead, cornerstone doesn't call me back at all. They congratulate my mom and tell her all about her extra $1,000- then without my knowledge they ADD profit back in for themselves via dealer fees and a very high spread on the interest. I called the dealership and the sales guy Dave B ignored my call while convincing my mom to sign. I asked to speak to a manager and manager told me that they would not release and details of my moms transaction to me (my mom doesn't know how to send me details) and tough- we'll okay. Here's my review then- I spoon fed them business and specifically asked to be able to help my mom via phone. They are willing to work with all credit levels and offer in house financing which was good for me. He went out of his way to make sure i was happy and in a new car without any issues.     Bought a car from them less than 6 months ago that should have NEVER been on the lot. I was told…read morewhen I had hesitations on keeping it when there were issues with it on day 1 that they would make it right, and when the SAME issue was still persisting after 3 months I was told they weren't willing to help me any more beyond recommending a mechanic an hour from where I live. This is after bringing it to their mechanic 40 minutes from where I live at least 3 times, costing me time and money and causing me to go weeks without a car, having to borrow a car from relatives or with a loaner car that I had to do almost daily maintenance on (which by the way, was immediately put up for sale on the lot when I dropped it off- my condolences to whoever ended up buying it). After spending $2600 on repairs one month ago, I'm now looking at another $4500 in crucial repairs. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for months and ignoring my gut feelings, I no longer for a second believe the dealership did not know about these issues. I know there is always a risk when buying a cheaper used car, but this is unreal. Everything about this experience from the moment I drove off the lot has been an absolute nightmare and has not only left me in debt that is going to take years to get out of, but with a vehicle that is unreliable and untrustworthy and has already cost me more money to fix than it did to buy. Do not go here.
