They installed all the new parts, which included a new deck and 1 motor, etc. and brought it back to spec. It is working as it did when brand new and it cost me ZERO. Based upon my experience, I have nothing short of 5 star praise for them and would recommend them to anyone seeking repairs or looking to purchase electronic lawn care equipment. In addition to changing the tire he found that I was missing a bolt on my exhaust. Took the time to explain and show me how to adjust the rear tire/wheel so the belt did not rub (the previous two shops were unable to stop the rubbing). Great customer service, pricing was reasonable and in line with what I've experienced across the country.
