Never been to Collision and Color before. Pulled in and parked and wasn't sure where to go so I found ny way to the office from the rear of the building. I asked if I could get an estimate and the receptionist very rudely said "what are you doing coming from back there?" I said I had parked in the back and was confused so I just looked for the office. Again, almost accusatorially she said " I have to ask you to come in through the front door". I just said I didn't need the estimate and left. Very poor business manner and I hope she is the owners daughter because I can't believe I am the only customer she has turned away. On principle alone I wouldn't go there. Apparently many others feel the same way as they have a 3 of 5 rating read more

I got scammed...big time. Brought my Honda Pilot in for Hail Damage Repair. Got a good quote, and brought in my car. He was supposed to fix everything (Hood, drivers side) but we agreed he would not repair the damage up on the roof where it wasn't visible. They called to say the hood was a problem, and would not be repairable. He wanted to replace the hood with a new hood at an additional charge of $2,500. I said no. He repaired the agreed to damage other than the hood, but still charged me $1,400 more than the original estimate. I complained that the bill was higher than the original estimate, and not all the agreed work was done. Clearly, at least $1,000 should have been reduced from the bill. They refused to understand, and refused to reduce the bill. They demanded more than the original amount. A rating of 1 is too high for them. read more

Everyone hates to go to the dentist, and going to an auto body shop. Well, I found Collision and Color. What a Pleasant surprise. Turns out that the work required was less than they had estimated, so they gave me the reduced price. I would never have known about the change. They are honest and professional. My car was done when promised. Wyatt and Andrea are a pleasure to do business with. Robert S. read more

I have taken my car to Collision and Color a few times now. Every time I am impressed with their professionalism. They explain the damages to my car, and write a very competitive quote. The work is always completed within the time frame they promise and they are accommodating when arranging pickup of my vehicle. Once I inspect their work, I can never detect where the damage even occurred. They do beautiful work at a great price. read more

Picked up my BMW from C and C Friday 14 March 2025. I had my rear bumper replaced with a new one and they also replaced rear glass. The quality of bodywork and paint is phenomenal. Far exceeds my expectations. Same with the glass installation The new owners are of an unusually high caliber. Their meticulous attention to detail is incredible. They don't miss anything. They always answer their phone. Phone tag is an extremely rare occurrence I received constant updates as to the progress of the repairs Brad and Cynthia left C and C in very capable hands I saw some older less than positive reviews online under previous ownership. Brad and Cynthia always took great care of me and my vehicles over the last 20 years. This includes multiple BMWs and Porsches. Always happy with the work they did. In summary, I would not hesitate for a nanosecond to bring my cars back to C and C. I highly recommend these guys MRC read more

They gave me a quote to do repairs that were in line with other quotes. I had someone pick it up and when I saw it discovered they had only done half the work. I brought it back and pointed it out and gave it back to finish what they had been paid for. When my guy picked it up they charged me another $3,000 to finish the work that had originally been quoted at$2,1000.This brought the total to $5,800 for what was quoted for $2,100. THEN, I drove it to Wisconsin late at night and the bed topper blew off because they had failed to fasten it properly after they painted and that cost me another $600! They were completely unapologetric. NEVER use them! read more

Would not recommend, did 80% of what was paid for, had them redo some buffing that was missed the 1st and 2nd time and got scoffed at for it, just not as willing to finish the job as other places may be... Should not have to point out mistakes that were missed and then dismissed... read more

I recently brought my Durango into C&C to have some tree damage repaired. There was major damage to various areas of the car as the tree hit some panels and not others. I used to be a spray painter, and I have a very good eye for color match and finish, and am very particular on vehicle repair. The wrong color stands out to me like a flag. A finish that did not flow out correctly looks like a mountainside. Matching factory metal flake finishes is increadibly difficult. On two separate vehicles brought to C&C I was unable to detect where the factory paint ended and the repair began. They are that good, I found no flaws. I have never found another body shop that could match this well. read more

I would recommend this place to anyone! Have had a couple of my cars fixed here and they did an amazing job every time. Very professional and friendly. You can tell they have been in the business for a while given their knowledge of car repairing. Will definitely be back if my car is ever in need again read more

Worst experience ever!!! Mislead, lied to and can't be trusted. Brad & Cynthia (owners) are either burned out or forgot about the importance of ethics and service. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! Don't trust their word or their workmanship. They will operate with their own benefit in mind (not yours). I'm a professional and almost 50 years old and this is the absolutely worst customer experience I've ever had to experience. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Their are plenty of good business owners and repair facilities out there. Don't go to this one!! read more

I have been a Collision and color customer for several years. Their work has always been outstanding. The true test was this week. It has been exactly 4 years since repairs were done on my car. The repaired area was starting to show signs of corrosion (a couple of small bubbles in the paint) The original repair was not for rust but a crease/ dent. After seeing the problem Brad and Cynthia agreed this should not have happened and honored their lifetime warranty. I just got the car back, and couldn't be happier with the repair. The car is steel gray and a bear to match. It looks great! If you really care about your car, go to C&C you won't be disappointed read more

Took forever to repair my car and they avoided my calls when I checked to see when the repairs would be done. I will not be back

Brought my T-Bird to them on the recommendation of a friend who has several classic cars. Cynthia and the crew were fantastic! The difficult-to-match paint looks great and the turnaround time was faster than estimated. Friendly, professional, everything is good about C&C. I'll be recommending them whenever I hear anyone needing body shop work. Nice job, Everyone! read more

NEVER will I go to Collision & Color again. Made an appointment three weeks ago. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done on Friday. I had not heard from them all week so I called on Friday morning to discuss picking up the car. They said that they had not started yet. No explanation. I told them I would pick up the car immediately. When I arrived, owners wife was at the front desk. She handed me the key with no apology. She didn't even want to make eye contact. It was only after I began to complain that the owner came out. He apologized and explained how the repair business works and how busy they were. What he could not explain was how service works. They do not get it. My perception is that they are arrogant and simply did not care. After I left, the owner called (apparently their phones do work and they do have my number). He offered me a free loaner vehicle if I wanted to bring my car back. I wanted to tell him that some repair services offer that anyway. Not just as an apology. It's a good thing that they are busy. Because they will not get my business. read more

They did a great job on our repair, and communicated well with us despite the fact that we were traveling. Returned to a perfect job and nicely detailed car. Would go back in a second. read more

Not a good experience. Communication & service was horrible. Don't believe what they tell you. Zero trust & integrity in this business or workmanship!! People are everything and maybe this is why they are always hiring??? Find a different shop, there are better one's out there! read more

Fantastic finished product and they stayed within their time frame as promised. I would do business with them again! My Harley looks better than ever :-) read more

Hatchet job liars. Gave me an estimate to repair bumper, door and front fender. Obviously forgot to repair the bumper but painted it anyway...I guess hoping I was an idiot and wouldn't notice I guess. Brought it back and then Brad proceeded to explain how it was damaged before and needed additional work and/or parts. He never called to tell me any of that which I would have gladly approved. Instead he just painted over chipped and cracked paint. The bumper is out of alignment and has THE LONGEST worst sagging paint job I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I would have understood an honest mistake but then he just flat-out lies to me about having repaired it. Don't bother here...lots of other body shops around. Save your time, go elsewhere. Their motto is "100 percent satisfaction 100 percent of the time" - easy to say, but apparently really hard to do. There are 2 one star reviews on yelp... that's 100 percent dissatisfaction here! read more
