Unfortunately, I was…read morenot a happy camper because I had to wait full two months to get a new rear wheel replaced because they said they couldn't get the wheel because it was not available anymore. So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.

Even though I had looked at the same motorhome at a dealership in Wisconsin, I was not in a position to buy at the time and did not inspect it closely. Prior to buying, I had many questions for Joel about its components and how everything worked. He went out to inspect it for me and even went out on some very cold days to take measurements and photos of the ceiling vents and other features. This was my first motorhome and I was nervous about making this big of purchase. Joel really helped me out. I would also like to give a shout out to Sarah who helped me with the paperwork and warranty information and Mike in their service department who did the walk through with me. As I started using my motorhome, he helped me figure out how to use the tankless water heater and answered many questions. He always returned my call if I left a message

We are so happy with our purchase and experience at Open Road RV in Monticello!…read more This is our first RV purchase and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but everyone at Open Road RV was super in helping us with the process from start to finish. Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards. When the day came to pick up our RV, Steve was amazing at showing us how everything worked and explained things that were very easy to understand for a novice like me, as well as talking shop to a more experienced guy like my husband. He made it fun as well as informational from the start through making sure everything was hooked up perfectly before we left with our unit. It was such a great experience and everyone seemed to share in our excitement! We definitely recommend Open Road RV in Monticello for their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and the way they all seemed to genuinely care about our journey into the RV world!

I purchased the bike on March 5, 2024 with 15,253 miles. Over the next year I added approximately 10,000 miles and kept up with regular maintenance throughout ownership. At the time of purchase, I also bought what is presented as the Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan (administered by Continental Service Provider), with the understanding that it would provide meaningful coverage in the event of a major mechanical failure. On July 29, I began a trip from Minneapolis to Sturgis. The ride was uneventful through Worthington and Sioux Falls, and I continued west on I-90 at normal highway speeds (80 mph). After roughly 140 additional miles, near Chamberlain, SD, the engine suddenly lost power. A rider behind me observed smoke and flames exiting the exhaust. I immediately shut the engine down and coasted to a stop, at which point the engine had seized and would not restart. Due to the timing during Sturgis Rally, Rapid City Harley-Davidson was unable to take the repair. I incurred over $700 in towing costs, along with approximately $600 in additional travel expenses (rental car, hotel, and return flight). The motorcycle was ultimately returned to Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson in Eden Prairie, MN, where I was informed the failure was due to a blown wrist pin and catastrophic piston damage. I was also told there was no maintenance-related action that would have prevented this failure, and that this type of failure is considered extremely rare. The repair estimate was approximately $11,000, which exceeds the value of the motorcycle. The Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan only covered up to the market value of the bike (approximately $6,000), leaving a substantial remaining balance. At the time, I still owed approximately $5,000 on the loan. I was offered approximately $3,000 for the motorcycle toward the purchase of a new bike, which would have required rolling negative equity into another loan. While I was told this was essentially a "once in a lifetime" type of failure, my experience was that there was little effort made to stand behind the product or build customer loyalty after the fact. Given that this failure occurred after roughly one year of ownership and consistent maintenance.
