Never ever does Jeff's donuts disappoint us. This spot was tucked in a food court in Paristown in a quaint experience in Louisville. Such good donuts and the to-go box makes you feel like you have very valuable tasty contents. IYKYK- you need to know ! Long John's are always great, maple with nuts. There is not a bad one in case and always eager to try their seasonal ones. Friendly staff, but the star of the show is their Donuts! read more

We slept in on Sunday after our two day visit to Franklin, Tennessee. What to do if you want donuts at 12:30 am? Most donut shops are sold out and grocery store donuts are subpar. Jeff's always has a good selection of donuts later in the day. Donuts are fresh and huge. Do note that that prices have gone up a bit-$2.75 per donut. Still, they are good donuts. read more

The donuts were so good we inhaled them! We didn't even have time to take a picture. Their donuts are definitely something to try. And try again. Then again. Maybe ice or thrice again just to make sure. ;) Go there. Today. They're open 24/7. read more

We went for lunch at The Cafe without a reservation at 1.00pm 5 days before Christmas. Not a good idea. We were not able to get a table so we headed to the food court instead for lunch and a visit. Nothing in the court appealed to me except donuts. I opted for a twisted cinnamon donut and coffee. Grace was working behind the counter and she was so sweet and pleasant. The donut was fresh and tasty, coffee good and piping hot. It was a festive atmosphere and we were able to sit, eat and visit. Can't ever go wrong with a donut and hot coffee on a cold afternoon. read more

Discovered Jeff's Donuts while visiting area around Paristown! The shop is located inside the food hall and is a small counter area in the corner. Always have extremely friendly staff and delicious looking donuts. Found out at this location only, they offer two speciality donuts on Fridays and Saturdays. Today was blueberry with lemon filling and banana cream donut. The donuts are exceptionally soft and fresh - so fluffy and light. Today I purchased a box of six which included the specialty donuts, fruit loops, cookies and cream, Halloween sprinkles, and chocolate cream cheese donut!! All were delicious and unique. You really can't go wrong here! I asked how the donuts stayed so soft, and they told me they change out every 4 hours. Other locations are open 24/7. Would highly recommend!! read more

I love visiting donut shops in new cities and MAN did this place take the cake!! The donuts are actually doughy, the frosting is delicious and the location is perfect. pretty good donuts... I'm not actually a donut fan, but my husband is. But the five stars is mostly for the woman who literally went through every kind of donut they had and described every one of them to us. Gotta love some good customer service. read more

Inside the food court is this small counter with a nice assortment of donuts. Their glaze is sweet, their chocolate frosting is chocolaty, and their bismarcks are long and filled. The fritters are dense with apples, too. Not sure what else to say here, but I got all the donuts I paid for -- it was a simple transaction and the women who worked the counter were helpful, fast and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty pastry. read more

Great donuts I would recommend for anyone. A little expensive but it worth it !!!!!??!?!!!??!!?!?

Jeff's Donuts is in the Village Market on the side closest to the street. They make their own donuts and they are absolutely delicious. The person behind the counter was extremely patient with us and let us know what was in each donut before we made our orders. I have eaten the raspberry filled donut already and it wasn't overly sweet, it had the perfect balance of sweet and powdered donut. I'm definitely going back, just don't know if I'll be taking my kids... read more

We were driving through Louisville and wanted to pickup Jeff's and figured why not try one of the new locations that has popped up over the year and minimize our detour. Not 24/7 (just posted the hours from the website here) but still open to 9 p.m. most nights and Fri/Sat to 10 p.m. (always open at 7 a.m.). At first I thought donuts must be pricier here but no...$2.5 everywhere now and $15 for half doz and $30 for full. Makes it easier for staff...so feel free to go fancy without the guilt. (at least the $ kind). I pass through just once a year so I'm out of practice of deciding what to get, especially when I'm at a new location. Things aren't labelled so take your time and ask the helpful staff for what things are. Had the fritter and a choc frosted yeast raised so far and the quality is $2+ worthy. My recollection is that the other locations seemed bigger, maybe more selection? Will see where we stop on the way home and I'll be better prepared reviewing the menu to know what I'm looking for. - Long johns - filled or not - Glazed donuts - Cake sticks - Twists - Honey buns - Bismarks read more

Jeff's donuts are one of my favorites. They are across the river in Indiana, and it's always worth the trip. However, now they have migrated and are now present at multiple locations in Louisville. One of the newest locations is at Village Market in Paristown. I love this location. It's part of a new food hall. This location opens at 7 am with an inviting display case of donuts. My mouth is watering thinking about it. The donuts are $2 a piece. They are large, so definitely worth sharing. The staff have been so kind and lovely. They make every visit so pleasant. I cannot wait to go back. I may need to make sure I walk here just to help cut the calories. read more

Twice I've visited this location and both times had a disappointing experience at Jeff Donuts in Paristown. This review was from yesterday, 12/23/2023 visit, The employee seemed distracted, coming in from a smoke break without washing hands, handling food without gloves, and talking on the phone without paying attention to my order. Hygiene and customer service were lacking, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall visit. I would not recommend this location. read more

I guess what they say is true.. you can't judge a donut by its glaze! I was hesitant to try this place because the donuts look less than ideal but man i'm glad I went for it. I had a chocolate dipped donut with cream cheese frosting and it was so good a random nearby person watched me eat it.. and while i'll admit thats awkward it proves my point. read more

We went to the location at the Village Market a neat industrial chic location that has 5 different food and drink venues under one roof. It's cool and we got to eat at three of them, okay we pigged out by eating at three of them! Jeff donuts is awesome! Their wait staff are all friendly and always busy! Their donuts are big and fresh and oh so good! Doesn't matter what you choose, it's going to be delicious! read more

Doughnuts were okay... however the manger Rashawn (I think was his name) was just rude. It was like we were bothering him asking questions about the doughnuts. I'm super easy going but when he was being rude when my wife asked a question I just thought Wow. I would avoid this place. read more

Excellent experience. The food was amazing. I got the glazed with lemon filling and the iced with raspberry filling. Both donuts for a good size. Bigger than I was expecting. I've always had these donuts but never went to the location physically myself. I went for the first time the other day and the cashier was super personable and so kind. Family friendly, clean and not too crowded. read more

Donuts are very fresh and delicious. Don't let the price keep you from going. The donuts are huge!!

Great donuts 24/7 and in a good neighborhood. Everyone loves the Zinger donut, raspberry and coconut like the Hostess cake.

Extremely overrated and overpriced! $35 for a dozen doughnuts! Service is iffy depending on location. Really nice variety. Taste is pretty good but not for $3 + per item. Won't be returning. No Ambiance whatsoever. Xxxxxxxx. read more
