Inside the food court is this small counter with a nice assortment of donuts. Their glaze is sweet, their chocolate frosting is chocolaty, and their bismarcks are long and filled. The fritters are dense with apples, too. Not sure what else to say here, but I got all the donuts I paid for -- it was a simple transaction and the women who worked the counter were helpful, fast and friendly. Jeff's Donuts is in the Village Market on the side closest to the street. They make their own donuts and they are absolutely delicious. The person behind the counter was extremely patient with us and let us know what was in each donut before we made our orders. I have eaten the raspberry filled donut already and it wasn't overly sweet, it had the perfect balance of sweet and powdered donut. We were driving through Louisville and wanted to pickup Jeff's and figured why not try one of the new locations that has popped up over the year and minimize our detour. Not 24/7 (just posted the hours from the website here) but still open to 9 p.m. most nights and Fri/Sat to 10 p.m. (always open at 7 a.m.). At first I thought donuts must be pricier here but no...$2.5 everywhere now and $15 for half doz and $30 for full. Makes it easier for staff...so feel free to go fancy without the guilt. (at least the $ kind). I pass through just once a year so I'm out of practice of deciding what to get, especially when I'm at a new location. Things aren't labelled so take your time and ask the helpful staff for what things are. Had the fritter and a choc frosted yeast raised so far and the quality is $2+ worthy. My recollection is that the other locations seemed bigger, maybe more selection? Jeff's donuts are one of my favorites. They are across the river in Indiana, and it's always worth the trip. However, now they have migrated and are now present at multiple locations in Louisville. One of the newest locations is at Village Market in Paristown. I love this location. It's part of a new food hall. This location opens at 7 am with an inviting display case of donuts. My mouth is watering thinking about it. The donuts are $2 a piece. They are large, so definitely worth sharing. The staff have been so kind and lovely. They make every visit so pleasant. I cannot wait to go back. I may need to make sure I walk here just to help cut the calories. read more

Twice I've visited this location and both times had a disappointing experience at Jeff Donuts in Paristown. This review was from yesterday, 12/23/2023 visit, The employee seemed distracted, coming in from a smoke break without washing hands, handling food without gloves, and talking on the phone without paying attention to my order. Hygiene and customer service were lacking, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall visit. I would not recommend this location. read more

We went to the location at the Village Market a neat industrial chic location that has 5 different food and drink venues under one roof. It's cool and we got to eat at three of them, okay we pigged out by eating at three of them! Jeff donuts is awesome! Their wait staff are all friendly and always busy! I'm so happy that they finally have a Jeff's Donuts downtown and it's close to my job. I love Jeff's Donuts every location that I've been to the staff are always super nice and helpful. I did stop by their new location in The Village Market. I didn't get a picture of the donuts that I bought but, I ordered my favs, the original glaze, and the cinnamon twist. Excellent experience. The food was amazing. I got the glazed with lemon filling and the iced with raspberry filling. Both donuts for a good size. Bigger than I was expecting. We have heard good things about Jeff's Donuts recently. At the spur of the moment around 1 pm my wife suggested I give this place a shot. Generally at around 1 pm or later most bakeries are almost out of donuts. Not Jeff's. They had a great selection. OK, they just raised their prices to $2.50 per donut. Sure that's a bit pricey,however, these are big donuts. And they are really good. We actually cut some in half to share because they truly are big. Will we go back? You betcha. Oh, don't look for Jeff's Donuts on TripAdvisor. You won't find them listed there. Fortunately Yelp is much more on the ball. read more

I've always had these donuts but never went to the location physically myself. I went for the first time the other day and the cashier was super personable and so kind. That was the best genuine customer service I've had in a while. There's plenty of room to eat your doughnut and if you want there's other options for food too!
