Anyone who has had a New York bagel knows these are mediocre bagels. I stopped going but went on a whim one day walked into the shop with a giant line. They were only taking online orders. Didn't take one person in line and I stood there for 15 min before I left. No one even looked at the people in line. If you want actual good bagels just order DoorDash at Stuff a bagel. Yummm!!! Popped in here while running errands and was delightedly surprised. Jaqueline was very sweet and even got a fresh pot of coffee started while I ordered an Asiago bagel with coffee. The shop is quaint and you can dine in or order to go. You'll have to put the cream cheese on to your liking as it is not premade and they do not toast their bagels either. Jaqueline advised because they are freshly made daily no need. The bagel was good with a little crunch, I prefer a thinner bagel so depends on your liking. The cream cheese was delicious, looks like it's made in-house as she was doing it while chit chatting with me. Service was great, the young lady was very nice. Got to go 5*! These folks took my word and held 4 jalapeño bagels for me even though I was a first time customer! Drove almost 1hr to get to them not knowing if they will honor their word ,but found out our bagels were waiting for us with my name on the bag! Who does that these days? Only a business with strong ethics and values. Ok how was the bagels? Jalapeño bagels with a lox box and the owner swapped out regular cream cheese for jalapeño cream cheese... great. I just moved to the area and was told to try Jeff's Bagel Run in Ocoee. Literally, the night after we moved in - I headed over there bright and early. To no surprise, it was busy but the line was moving relatively quickly. After waiting outside for a few minutes, I entered into their establishment. The staff was rushing around and doing it with ease. I got up to the front and decided to order 6 everything bagels. I grabbed a lox in a box from the fridge near the registry and some extra plain cream cheese. Now let me tell you, when I say that I am serious about my cream cheese being whipped - it's not a joke. So when I found that their cream cheese was whipped, I was overly excited to get home. I raced home to gift some breakfast to my overworked and hungry husband. We were floored by the fluffiness of the dough and the flavor of the everything bagel itself. The cream cheese was fantastic and the lox were even more fresh! Thank you Jeffs. First time customer here, and loved it. I'm from out of state so I've been looking for a good bagel place. I ordered the sesame bagel with chive & onion cream cheese (with a large hot chai tea latte). Both were great ! They give you a generous portion of cream cheese which is really nice. Ideally would love if we could toast the bagel, but both mine and my husband's bagel were delicious (he ordered plain with plain CC), warm and fresh regardless. The workers there were super nice and helpful, I will definitely return again to get a bigger haul of bagels and cream cheese to bring home. Ambiance is what you would expect of a bakery, Not a ton of seating-- but that's ok. It's definitely more of a pick up and go spot. They were just an online store and you would place your order Sunday night to be picked up in the future at their home. I was SO excited when they announced opening a whole shop! I went here after an early morning errand nearby. It was not what I expected perhaps because I failed to read the full Yelp information. I was looking for a place where I could eat breakfast. This store is strictly for takeout. There's no inside seating and no food preparation (e.g., toasting bagels). I bought a bagel and got a ready prepared cream cheese cup and left with them in a bag. The parking lot is small and spaces have signs dedicating them to particular stores. The 3 spaces for this store were already taken. It was early and the other stores were not busy so most spaces were empty. As I paid, I was presented with a tablet suggesting generous tips. Visited the newest location in College Park this weekend and it did not disappoint! The bagels are made fresh every single morning. They have lots of bagels and spreads to choose from. We loved it so much we went back in for more for our family. We had the Asiago everything, everything, plain, and cinnamon raisin with the veggie, onion, and toasted crunch spreads. Can't forget the nitro cold brew and iced latte. It's mostly grab and go but they had some seating outdoors in the shade so we had our bagels with our dog. It's great having a fresh made bagel shop close to Winter Garden. I arrived around 10:30 and only had about three flavors to choose from. That shows me how popular that are!! I went with the jalapeño and cheddar bagel with chive flavored cream cheese. My grandson had a raisin bagel with sweet flavored cream cheese. We were both happy with our pick. Both bagels had a crunchy exterior with a soft center. The jalapeño & cheddar bagel had tons of cheese that was crisp on the outside of the bagel and kind of overpowered the jalapeño. It tasted more like a cheddar bagel. Next time I will order it with jalapeño cream cheese to pick up the flavor. Today I went to Jeffs Bagel Run to get a dozen bagels. I have been buying bagels every few months from Jeffs bagel run since the beginning when Jeff made home deliveries. They are truly the best NY style bagels I have had in Orlando and somehow they keep getting even better! I ordered a selection, the cheddar bagel, everything bagel, Asiago bagel and blueberry bagel. They were out of sesame which is one our favorites. If you want a bigger selection get there early! I arrived about 12 noon on a Sunday, luckily they still had a lot of bagels. Great new local spot for fresh homemade bagels! Located in Ocoee right off Maguire and Old Winter Garden, this location is in a small shopping plaza. The owner and his wife are friendly and hardworking. When we came in he was moving bagels in and out of the oven to racks. There are some seating inside and this beautiful mural to the left of the ordering station. Be sure to try the everything bagel and Asiago bagels. There is some hot coffee or nitro cold brew available if you'd like a pick me up as well. The only part that we didn't see or weren't offered was to have the bagels toasted so that we could eat them right away instead of heading back home. I just discovered this wonderful bagel shop this week via Instagram and I can tell you, it's worth the wait! Jeff and his wife were working out of their home making and selling their NY style bagels. They wanted to open up a brick and mortar shop to sell them so they did a Kickstarter campaign and did really well! This is their brand new shop! I wanted to give them a try and knew they sell out quickly so I decided to arrive early. They open at 7:30 so I came at 7 am. There was only one person on line so far and she thought they opened at 7. By the time they opened, there was at least 40 people on line! So I recommend coming early if you can. They normally sell out by 9 am. I bought 3 Everything bagels and 3 Asiago bagels. I also got myself a few black and white cookies! They are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very light and definitely a great version of a authentic NYC bagel. When I got home, I toasted mine and did cream cheese on it. Excellent in my opinion! I am so glad to finally have a really good bagel shop so close to home. I can't wait to show them off to my relatives from Long Island! Lol. Check out their website.
