They bought this office located in Parma Heights since and that's where I have been going. I got my braces done at Bright Now back in 2008 and my teeth has been beautiful since then! They say your teeth lasts a lifetime and I am super happy my parents recognized that!! Dr. B, from the Ortho side, is so nice and he explains all that he needs accomplish during every ortho visit. Thank you for giving me this beautiful smile!! From a general bi-yearly cleaning side, I absolutely enjoy seeing my dental hygienist Becky. She is so sweet and is very thorough with my cleanings. Becky explains what she needs done, so I am aware of what is going on during my visit. I have been her patient the past few years and I think she's the best one there! And we can't leave out Dr. Rico! Dr. Rico is always so happy and genuine when I speak with him. He makes the 6 minute interaction I have with him feel personalized and that's hard to find out there! Since Covid-19 hit, Bright Now! Dental has made some changes to their waiting room and patient procedures. My temperature was taken upon walking in, all patients are required to wear a mask in the premise of the dental office, chairs were socially distant, and the waiting room had 1 other person in there with me! The place smelled so clean, it felt like there was an invisible barrier between the entry way so germs couldn't enter haha! Bright Now! is definitely taking the precautionary measures to keep their employees and patients safe!

After an hour, someone from the office finally called to say they were ready to see him. At that point, I explained that I had to leave because I needed to pick up my daughter from school. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern about the hour-long delay, the response I received was simply, "I'll let them know." I understand that dental offices can run behind schedule, but an hour-long wait with little communication, followed by such an indifferent response, is unacceptable. A simple apology and some basic consideration for a patient's time would have made a difference. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and professionalism has caused me to lose confidence in this office. I will be taking my children's dental care elsewhere.

They directed me to Cleveland Dental Institute…read morein which my mom and I had to wait FOUR hours to talk to an oral hygienist and she said the tooth was not falling out and that I just needed a root canal. I WILL NOT get another root canal and overdose on acetominophen with liver failure like last time when I got it done by a student (because the nurses kept telling me to take 2 tylenol every time I called in pain...couldn've had a lawsuit there...Case Dental School). Anyways, so, even though my old dentist does not accept insurance anymore, I wanted THE TRUTH. All I needed was my tooth grinded down a bit to reduce the pain and minimize the tooth movement. And I had to pay $355 to see him. So Advanced Dental Center cost me $355 and 4 hours of my time at Cleveland Dental Institute when my tooth only needed to be grinded down. HORRIBLE! And when they said my tooth was falling out, they said they couldn't give me pain medication when I was bleeding and crying in pain. They're dentists, but cannot provide medication for tooth pain? So if you have tooth pain, DON'T GO HERE EITHER. For some reason THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDICATION when my gums were bleeding out of my mouth and I was screaming and shaking.
