As a client, I know what's going on BEFORE any procedures occur. My husband and I have been very satisfied with her work and business ethics. We had to leave her practice in the past because of insurance coverage, but were able to come back to her after we found an insurance that included her in their plan. ( I hate insurance companies that dictate who you can see and what medicines you can take! )

Her…read moreoffice is gorgeous - ipads on the wall in the waiting room, TVs on the ceiling in the exam room, great distraction items for the kids, pleasant air freshener, cute holiday decorations, neat photo opp wall for the "no cavity club", the list goes on... We were seen quick and scheduling was a breeze. The hygienist took the time to personally review my child's special needs with me and took careful note of important instructions (i.e. my son aspirates thin liquids and cannot have water squirted into his mouth). Dr. Becky's recommendations were on point and reasonable. While being child-friendly, she delivered the necessary advice and care my children needed. They were happy to leave with a goodie bag full of quality samples and prizes for good behavior. Moreover, my kids received a hand written note later that week from Dr. Becky encouraging and reinforcing the brushing that was discussed at the appointment, and she even included some extra stickers for good measure! They can't wait to go back to the dentist!

Instead of offering options and working with the parent of a child who might be afraid to go to the dentist, she instead was telling me what to do and wouldn't listen. I also did not like the fact that I couldn't sit with my child and given rules. I took my business elsewhere to a pediatric dentist that does not mind me sitting next to my child to comfort them. Also, a dental practice that understands I'm the customer and can take my business elsewhere if I'm not happy.
