When I followed up today, more than two months later, I was told that the documents had not yet been sent, but would be submitted today. This is not meant as a complaint, but rather a gentle reminder to help improve administrative follow-through. Small oversights like this may not seem significant, but they can become important for patients and even affect their overall experience.
