Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed about not having been seen in a while. Alycia did my cleaning and Jessica did my husband's cleaning. Both ladies were friendly, gentle, and explained everything they were doing and the why behind it. Dr. Fike came in and introduced herself and discussed the practice and the services they offer. There was no pressure to agree to any of the other services they provide, like clear aligners for cosmetic purposes. Karen at the front desk was so accommodating and cheerful. There were a few other ladies in office who were also friendly and greeted us, but I didn't catch their names. I also have an adult son with level 2 Autism and he has anxiety and some ticks that are associated with his anxiety. My very first visit with Dr. Jodie was absolutely amazing! Everyone in that place is so friendly and welcoming! They helped me and guided me through everything I needed to do for them. They give me reminder texts and calls so I don't miss my appointment. They truly listen to their patients and ask them for any concerns and are more then helpful with information that you are seeking about your dental. She is very knowledgeable and caring and its always a happy experience when I get out of there. I don't think I ever got upset or mad about anything when I come here. A retired military dentists reviewed my X-Rays and he stated there were no cavities apparent. Three months later, while visiting Ohio, I had an appointment with Dr. Alsouss. He took 6-bite-wing X-Rays. I was observing Dr. Alsouss as he reviewed the X-Rays. He suddenly said, "You have a cavity." He quickly came and visually observed the tooth. Something about his gestures made me not trust his diagnosis. Dr. Alsouss, in less than a minute, sliced off vertically without a lot of precision the number 5-molar. (A previous dentist would always take several minutes for this procedure.) I returned to the Concorde University Dental Hygiene school. A dentist with 30-years of experience working in the navy reviewed the Xrays that Dr. Alsouss had taken and the X-Rays taken 3-months before the appointment. She stated there was no evidence that the tooth had a cavity or needed a filling. I believe that the tooth was not in need of any restorative dentistry. I believe that Dr. Alsouss billed me and my insurance company for work that was not medically needed.

She's 13 years old with a very good oral hygiene, and she has had three root canals and two crowns. The last appointment that she was there was on a Saturday at 10:30 I went in. I let them know she was there and I went back to work. I let them know that I am very close and that she has a phone in case she or any of the doctors or nurses needed me, I was just a few minutes away they told me to come back around noon they close early on Saturday she said so about 11:45 I text my granddaughter and she still was not in the treatment room so I called back and I spoke with the lady at the desk again she said maybe you should come a little closer to 1:00 pm well to shorten the story they were done with my granddaughter at 4:30 PM and they left the building and had her wait outside in the cold.
