Some staff changes have occurred since Dr. Glick passed. New dentists, family members, and others are working. I really like the hygienist, Chris. She was knowledgeable of my previous dental work, and she flossed under my new bridge. Dr. Chris was nice and we chatted a little. I was pleased with the service. I have a full mouth of implants and few months ago one three unit bridge fell off. I went to Glick dental and I was treated by a dentist with Parkinson's disease. His head was shaking not only hands. He put it back but as fsr as I understand he didn't tighten the screws properly because couple months later this bridge started moving. I went back to the office because I thought that bridge got uncemented but it appeared that it got unscrewed. I was given an estimate $7700 to fix the problem. I refused it and I asked for the price to remove the bridge. I thought that because of the medical mistate they would remove it without charge but they wanted $661 if I pay in full. I offered $479 that was all left in my insurance allowance and they refused. Now I understand why they are not busy at all. It's because they rip off their clients. read more

Horrible staff working here. I had been here for a couple cleanings and no matter who the receptionist is they had been nothing but rude and disinterested in providing good quality customer service. I once had to ask for the key to use their restroom and the receptionist actually rolled her eyes and acted like I was asking for some off the wall request. Another time after an appointment I had to call back at a later date because the receptionist working "Didn't have time" to schedule my next cleaning. This dentist is decent. I like that you don't have to wait a long time to be seen... the get you in & out in a timely manner. The dentists and dental assistants are professional & friendly. Sadly, I can't say the same for the receptionists. It seems like they don't really care about anything. Scheduling is a mess. I recently had to cancel my appointment. I wanted to reschedule and the next available appointment isn't until January 2024, that's not too bad. Then I told her that I needed a Saturday appointment... no availability until April 2024. I've been going to this practice for over 30 years and have always been treated well. Most of the time it is for routine cleanings and they are always on time and efficient. I had a crown put in a couple of years ago and they did a great job in doing it rather painlessly and it is performing like a natural tooth. BEWARE!!!!!! I was reassured by Dr. Glick that he could perform a procedure that other oral surgeons stated was unachievable. Needless to say, It felt as if I was about to go into cardiac arrest... He had to perform an emergency surgery due to him attempting to perform the procedure that he should not have attempted. Had an okay experience here, and would not consider going back. The whole appointment felt rushed. The doctor didn't seem like they wanted to take time to really understand my concerns. The hygienist was not gentle. I don't expect most dental procedures to be fun and painless, but a little consideration goes a long way. FRED S. GLICK of GLICK DENTAL ASSOCIATES in SOLON, OH cares more about his bank account than his patient's care. Despite knowing him for 48 years, his bedside manner was shameful! He is an unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent dentist. He chipped three of my teeth with the careless use of his drill, one of them my front tooth. He tried repeatedly (3 times) and failed miserably to repair what he had damaged using composite resin that he was unable to color match to my teeth. The end result? A discolored front tooth with a visible triangle and splotches all over it. The repair was worse than the chip. He needlessly ripped out gums above my left front tooth. Now it's taller than the right front tooth and wider from too much resin on it. When I complained, he chuckled and said, "It looks good enough!" before darting off to see another patient. Several days after the bonding a portion of the resin broke off causing the surface to feel rough and lose its sheen. To top it off, GLICK DENTAL CHARGED ME $378 FOR AN OFFICE VISIT and BONDING OF 3 TEETH THAT WERE BROKEN/DAMAGED BY FRED GLICK'S NEGLIGENCE! Who deemed it MY responsibility to pay for his shoddy workmanship?! Dr. Fred Glick doesn't understand what the word ethical means. He cannot admit to his shortcomings or even apologize when screws up. I went to Glick Dental Associatesto have a tooth removed and was told that I needed a crown. The dentist convinced me to get a titanium implant, which of course was more expensive, mentioning it would, "Last so long that I'd die with it." The procedure which should have lasted 3-9 months was never completed, even two years later. Although Dr. Fred Glick billed Delta Dental insurance in advance of the completed procedure, which is illegal, and he was paid in full for his services, it was considered a non-delivery. He never placed the abutment or crown. He expected me to pay in advance for the finished procedure! What doctor/dentist makes a patient pay in advance of a completed procedure? None of them! I now walk around with a hole in my mouth and a discolored front tooth! Yippee! Save your money and your sanity. Don't go to Glick Dental Associates. read more

Dr. Glick did a root canal on a lower front tooth. a piece of the tool/file they were using broke off and was left in the canal. He never told me and it lead to an infection and more damage. What negligence. This office is all about the money. They don't care about you or your health, They see you only as $$$. The office is rude, and they push unnecessary treatment to get you to use all of your insurance. They pushed me to also replace all my old silver fillings even thought there was nothing wrong. The hygienist was very rough with just a general cleaning, and it almost seemed like she took pleasure in watching me squirm from the pain. I have gone here for over 20 years. Dr. Glick knows so much, has such a superior ethic, knows how to give painless injections and has handled many dental issues for me. I trust him implicitly. He also teaches dental students, and stays ahead of the work that is being done in the field. If you want a Dentist that knows what to do, and can handle any dental problem with ease and a high degree of knowledge and confidence, this is your dentist. You may have to wait a few weeks to get in, but the wait is worth it. He also has a very nice manner, which greatly helps, when you are in pain. read more

The receptionist are extremely rude they should not be let near the general public unprofessional and did I mention extremely rude I missed an appointment there because I had the flu I called that day and they said there wasn't enough time in advance so they had to charge me $25 late fee pretty crappy but OK so I make another appointment I miss that one that was my fault I had to work there was no way of making it another $25 late fee so now I'm at 50 they call me I said I still need to come in for a cleaning within a month and I'll pay the balance when I when I finish my service for my cleaning the next time I thought it's a family practice no big deal I'm not going anywhere I'll be back I called to make the appointment and they sent that $50 into collections so they told me I wasn't allowed to make an appointment until I corrected the problem they don't care about you they don't care about your credit score about damaging you as a person all they care about is money I had no idea that they were sending that into collections I'm 33 years old trying to work on my credit score and I have extremely improved it and for them to send that into collections really sucks be aware and they overcharge you so they just take the insurance money and you still end up having to pay a shit ton of money there worse than corporate you might as well go to an Aspen dental read more
