The "he" as you mention is Daniel and my review says it all. "He" didn't offer any restitution- only wanted more money out of me. He didn't honor his guarantee either. I ended up paying him again to fix his poor quality repair. I also went to another dentist to fix it. I paid three times for that repair. "He" also ground down an inner cusp on my bridge which wasn't made by him. He had no right doing that.

A discount on a service I never would have agreed to doesn't change the fact that I wasn't given the information I needed to make an informed decision. The office also accused me of trying to leave without paying, which was completely untrue. I was trying to discuss payment options because I couldn't afford the unexpected balance. At the time, they were unwilling to work with me. Then, months later, I received calls offering a payment plan while also threatening to send the account to collections. That was frustrating because I had already tried to resolve the matter much earlier. I also attempted to negotiate a settlement by offering to pay a significant portion of the balance immediately. Instead of having a respectful conversation, I was told no. When I asked to speak directly with Dr. Greg Myers, the conversation became extremely unprofessional. In my experience, he spoke to me disrespectfully, used profanity, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the issue. I found that behavior unacceptable from a healthcare professional. My interactions with the front desk staff, including Kara, were also disappointing. I did not feel heard, respected, or treated like a valued patient. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled about costs and poorly treated when I tried to work out a reasonable solution. I would encourage anyone considering this office to ask for a detailed written estimate of all costs before agreeing to any treatment and to make sure they fully understand what their insurance will and will not cover.

I would consider returning based on the efficiency of the root canal itself and it being relatively close to me in Solon, but the overall experience with the dental staff made me hesitant to do so (the front desk people were great). Additionally, while waiting, I overheard the doctor telling other patients how superior his work is and that his process should not be questioned. He works quickly and efficiently so I didn't have to spend all day at the dentist. My dad and my cousin have both seen Dr Lee for implants and my husband had gum grafting done. The office does have a pretty firm financial policy but that is to be expected with a specialty office. I will say that while they are firm, they are easy to work with and flexible when financial hardships occur. When he came to inject me for pain, he injected into a different area than where he put the topical. He unnecessarily put me in pain multiple times during that visit. I kept telling him I was in pain and he was ignoring me. I had to stop him to tell him I was in pain. He gave me another shot under the upper lip and then a VERY PAINFUL shot behind my teeth. He never bothered to even try to numb that spot. The receptionist condescendingly called me "hun." Everyone speed talks and it has a chop-shop vibe. They are more interested in turning over chairs than the comfort of their patients. I will never go back there.
