I'm almost 50 and neglected dental care due to traumatic previous experiences. However, proper removal of some (5) mercury fillings became a priority to me. Dr Ben ensured a SAFE pain free removal of them all. I never even felt so much a a tinge of pain (even the injection didn't hurt due to a unique technique he does!) Also, I never felt compromised to inject any of the mercury he was removing as a damn I have never enjoyed the dentist before now!! My bad experience came immediately after the numbing injections wore off, and the weeks of painful aftercare that ensued thereafter - that still persists at this very moment. Right now, 3 months later, I'm still taking pain meds to eat on my right side only, because without the meds, I can only eat on my left side. AND THE LEFT SIDE HAD ***NO PAIN*** when I scheduled the appointment!!!!! ..I went there to simply have filings removed and a crown put in, and now I have to find a QUALIFIED dentist to repair all the damage. These people have no idea what they're doing. Any good review is either lying, or they were lucky. Go at your own risk.

I have been going to Dr. Russell for 8 or 9 years now and I love him and my Hygienist Liz. They are both so gentle and they really care about their patients. I had another Hygienist when I first went and she was wayyyyy to rough for me. The receptionist made a note on my file and I now only see Liz. It's great how accommodating they are and that the office is advanced enough to track that and do a lot of appointment tracking via email. It also doesn't hurt that every time I go Liz always compliments my outfits!! The whole office is full of great people who make you feel like you are the only patient!!

The dentist is very personable and always makes sure that you understand the procedure you are about to have and all your options. This past week I loved my visit even more, she knows that I'm very interested in looking at the new technology. This last time she let me to see the 3D printer and how it creates the crowns that are placed the same day. The hygienist showed me the materials used and explained everything to me. Before that she showed me the technology on the computer on how they create a persons crown. After my procedure I took one ibuprofen and was great the next day. I went for cleaning today and the hygienist was great. Dr. Kleem came to check my teeth and she remembered our previous conversation. They care.

I could not be happier with Dr. Kleem for her kind, caring, compassionate approach. I am also very appreciative of the way she has addressed my questions and the way in which she handled the fear I expressed over the need to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She listened to me, and was able to put me at ease for the procedure. I felt nothing secondary to the fact that Dr. Kleem made sure I was totally numb. I followed her after care instructions to the letter and have healed totally. As a former nurse, I really appreciate going to a provider who sees me and hears me. I took into account, that I wanted to continue to go to Dr. Kleem, when I chose my Medicare Advantage plan for 2026! The Medina office is in a cool old building and it is very calming. Their technology is top notch. Donna who sets the appointment is very friendly and helpful. This was my first time there and immediately I felt comfortable and assured I was in great hands. When you arrive you check in at the front desk then an assistant gives you a little office tour and tells you a bit about the doc. The place is immaculately clean. The entire process (I was here for a tooth repair) is efficient but they don't rush you. I had a few questions and the doc and hygienist answered all of them and them some. Oh! I almost forgot. Make sure you fill out the new patient forms on their website. It's helpful because before they complete your service, someone will come and tell you what you will have to pay out of pocket. They try to avoid financial surprises. I appreciate that because dental work can be expensive and it's nice that they are sensitive to that. When it's over, you get a little welcome gift bag with some university heights dental swag lol: a double insulated water cup with straw, a nice chapstick, and a hand written note welcoming you to the practice. The only negative is that they are so popular that you have you schedule out a few months right now for your annual cleaning.

I switched to this practice due to a change in my insurance coverage, having recently had a dental exam and X-rays just six months prior. These images were provided to UHD. At my initial visit, before even receiving an exam, I was told I would need 18 bitewing X-rays to create a full-mouth panorama. As a medical physician, I questioned the necessity of this, especially given that recent X-rays were already available. When I asked whether I could opt for the standard molar bitewings instead, the hygienist became visibly frustrated. It seemed clear he was accustomed to patients questioning this practice and annoyed by it. An associate dentist then came in to explain that the full set of X-rays was necessary so she could assess my bone structure and check for oral cancer. I explained that I am a physician and that this is not the standard method for oral cancer screening. She then claimed that this was the "standard of care." When I asked her to show me the ADA guidelines to support this, she brought back a chart that applied to patients with periodontal disease or dentofacial abnormalities--neither of which apply to me. After reviewing the actual ADA guidelines myself (see screenshot from this article: https://jada.ada.org/article/S0002-8177(23)00734-1/fulltext), it's clear that requiring 18 X-rays in this context is not evidence-based. I shared this with her, and she then suggested we "dissolve the relationship" and that I seek dental care elsewhere. If you are looking for evidence-based care, compassionate professionals, and a practice that respects patient autonomy while avoiding unnecessary costs, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

My last visit was the first time I actually needed any work done other then a cleaning, and I was very pleased.....it was probably the most painless procedure I've ever had. He took a ton of time making sure the surface of the filling was properly adjusted for my bite; I've had work done other places where it took me months to feel like my bite was normal, but here, I walked out feeling great.

I now live about 45 minutes away and I still continue to drive to go and see him twice a year. My husband even now drives that distance to see Dr. Sebbio. His dental hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful. She's far more gentle than anyone else whose ever done a cleaning on me. Dr. Sebbio is the only dentist I don't dread going to see. It's a very small office and everyone is friendly. They accept a ton of insurances but even without insurance, their cleanings, exams and x-rays are very reasonably priced.
