uncaring, unprofessional, and rude. I was treated at their mentor office by dr. Davis and dr. Streem.

The doctor was fantastic !..Dental assist gals awesome !!!. I got crowns done in May 2018 and they…read moreare nice....great work by Brent !!!..... But....... the staff up front (not the dental assistants) are horrible.!!... I agreed to a price for the work... over 2 thousand....and agreed to put 1/3 down.... so I did.....so far so good? ....... then before the procedure I was billed like 600 dollars....??? I called and the rude receptionist apologized and I figured we all make mistakes and let it go.... fast forward to last week months after we finished the crowns and paid in full.......I'm billed again like 540 dollars or something.... I called and the RUDE receptionist and she says... "oh we have no control on what the insurance covers" plus US billing your insurance is a courtesy (we don't have to do it for you) REALLY..? Nooooo .....for starters if you did not think what I was getting done was going to be covered (from your vast dental billing experience you must have) then why tell me what my price would be and take my money and deposit ? If you would have said "oh its 3000 but it may balloon up to 4000) I would not have got it done on a "maybe" on price.... This may be strong but I think the staff up front is stealing from the doctors practice... they talk behind his back as if he is getting old and slow.... I think it may be one person but she bills indiscriminately to patients.... hoping that some will pay not realizing that they already paid.... then the books are lopsided right? the books show more money taken in than owed.... it is then she pockets the profit and the books look normal.... IMO she has been doing for years...... once ? ok honest mistake.... no ...she billed me twice and I'm totally paid up.... someone please audit their books and put this scam to an end...

Dr Miller did a crown on my right molar and a big filling in the left in 2011. First of all the…read morestaff in his office has horrible attitude, but if he cured my teeth I would not have complained. I had an existing crown on the right molar done in 2008 and it had worked fine. Dr Miller said that there were cavities on it, so he removed and did another one. There had been big gap between this crown and the tooth next to it so I asked him to redo it. He did another one but still the same problem... On my left molar he had an intern do it without asking for my permission ( first time seeing a dentist after moving to US so I wasn't sure about the procedure. He just told me in the last minute after he put anesthesia on. ) it was such a big pain!!!! The filling was done on the upper left molar but it definitely was not done correctly and it was so high. He kept cutting my lower left molar saying that it will make me feel better when biting.... The I moved out of Ohio do did not get the chance to ask him to solve these issues again ( well I don't think he will ever be able to fix it) I had to go to another dentist for these 2 molars. God! It was so painful! I wish I had never been to his office.
