We were visiting from Los Angeles. There are some darn good breakfast burritos in Los Angeles to draw the comparison and Jector's burritos were EXCELLENT. I had chorizo, egg, and potato. Wife heard this place was good, so her, our 8-year old and myself stopped in. We ordered 2 Ultimate burritos; they were good. Understand Yuma is chock full of Hispanic eateries. I believe it's family owned. Customer service was decent. We ate in, seems most business is order pick-up. LOTS of cops, firefighters and correction officers came through. Not sure if it's just for the food or maybe they get discounted, but it was nice to see them anyways. I recommend for pickup or a quick sit-down. read more

I love this place. Can't. Stop. Eating. Ultimate Breakfast Burritos. So good. Admittedly I'm from the PNW but we've scoped out several joints in Yuma and this is the best hands down. They fine dice all the goodies and everything gets a nice sear. Alonso runs the place after his dad started it and he's a standup guy working the front, kitchen, and everything else along with his family. Amazing burritos, great service, can't ask for more. Exactly as advertised: Better than the best breakfast burrito in Yuma. Mine came stuffed full of potatoes, bacon, and fluffy scrambled eggs with an amazing bottle of hot sauce on the side. Horchata freshly made was a good substitute for coffee. Hubby's Ultimate was filled with all the breakfast meats and cheese. Oh my goodness, the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! I tried the ultimate burrito for only $4.50. This place is super tiny, only about 6 tables that can seat 4 people. They only accept cash and they offer mostly breakfast burritos, with a few lunch burritos. They make their own house hot sauce which is to die for, I wish I could just buy an entire bottle of that to bring home! The service was quick and the restaurant clean. The surrounding area isn't the best, but these burritos are totally worth it. I will 100% be back for breakfast again when we visit Yuma! read more

I have always passed this place for several years without stopping, I do not eat out much because I do not want to be disappointed if I purchase food and i do not like it, if that happens I will not go back at all. Today I had to go to my nieces house by 8am and had no clue where to go to get breakfast, then I wanted a big breakfast burrito and I was not Disappointed at all the burrito I got was really good and the salsa was really good. The 5 brilliant stars are for the delicious yet inexpensive burritos! This place, folks, is THE breakfast burritos king. We always call in our orders--saves time obviously, but best of all, you won't need to wait that much longer to sink your teeth into one of these fat and scrumptious burros. Cash only, always has been, always will be. Now if they did take cards (isn't there some planetary alignment going on now, or soon?), that would deserve 6 stars, wouldn't it? So, plan ahead, or save your change, because heaven knows how often I have had to ignore a crazy Jector's burrito craving for lack of cash $. Not a pleasant experience at all. Ejectors has a small shop that has great breakfast burritos if you're interested in eating a lot. The burritos are huge and very tasty. It's not a great place to look at but they are pretty efficient and the food comes out fast. I'm not Usually getting anything with potato in it because I think that just fills up the burrito but I get the egg cheese and bacon and it is fantastic. read more

Burritos are just amazing and this place really makes it happen every time! Not only are the prices ideal for what your getting but the time and effort can definitely be tasted in every bite! The salsa is also really good and I love my spices. A sneaky spice that calms after few moments and can be enjoyed through your the whole burrito. They were a great price and although not as large as San Diego burritos they do fill you up. We all agreed that this will be our number one spot and we all even liked the salsa! I've been to Yuma three times previously and find food here MEH. Going by other Yelpers, this morning @06:00 I dropped in to an empty Jector's and ordered chorizo & egg burrito to go. Cashier was polite, curteous and professional. Order was cooked to order very quickly. Burrtio is a good size large with lots of lip smacking flavor. Definately a must eat again. Flour tortilla was fresh with the right chew, but I wish it had some char from sitting on a flat top or over open flame. That would be the cherry and take the burrito over the top, not that it's already pretty close to it.. If you like watery spicy salsa/hot sauce then you will like Jector's. Me?... nope...give me some Tapatio. read more

I had the sausage, egg, potatoes, and cheese. Burrito was good, but the hot sauce was very mild. Tasted more like a mild taco sauce. The owner was really friendly and nice though. My buddy asked about spicier sauce and he pulled out some sort of habenaro paste to mix with the sauce. I think it helped but I just ate mine as is. The guy was really nice though. The food is good and inexpensive. Bring cash, because they don't accept cards for payment. During warmer weather, I try not to go there, because it is always too warm in the restaurant for me.
