He liked it & wanted it. I figured he could also wear it for graduation. Well today we picked up that same suit after some needed alterations. He will be wearing it to his senior exit interview next week. He will also wear it for graduation. He has chosen a different tie & shirt. This place is so awesome & they have several choices. My son just chose an expensive one. I feel it was a great investment as it's lasted 2 years ( so far ) they even helped my son tie his tie. You can't be stressing over that the morning of an important senior exit interview. I will continue to suggest this place. So happy they do alterations in house.

The store is nice of course upon entering the left side are men and the right side are women for what I saw so far. I love their pants and shorts also their joggers are one the most comfortable joggers. Although they are pricey like Lulu they are comfy clothing. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Men's Wearhouse has been my first choice for suits, and workplace accessories for over 15 years…read more I've shopped at multiple locations in Southern CA and AZ. I've purchased items from this location alone at least a half dozen times. My most recent experience here, however, was by far the worst I've ever had at a Men's Wearhouse. And it wasn't even close. My experience at a Men's Wearhouse usually goes something like this. The moment I walk into the store, I'm greeted by a sales associate who is ready to assist me in finding exactly what I need. They proceed to help me pick out what I need (usually a suit or dress pants), escort me to the fitting room, and when I come out of the fitting room, immediately assist me with alterations. Afterwards, I walk with the employee to the front of the store, I'm told when the items will be ready for pick up, I pay, and I'm out the door. I've never had an unpleasant experience. Until last Saturday. From the moment I walked into the store, the experience was different. And not in a good way. The first thing I noticed was it was hot as hell inside the store. It was unusually hot outside that day, but it was only a few degrees cooler inside. They had four portable AC units running, but those machines were doing diddly squat to cool the interior of the store. The second thing that was off was that there was no one to greet me and assist me. Look, I'm not exactly incompetent, but I'm used to someone assisting me with finding exactly what I need without me having to walk around the whole store. After a short while, I was able to find what I was looking for by myself - a couple of dress pants. But that led to more issues I had to seek someone out to find a stall to try out my dress pants and after I tried one on, had to wait and get someone else's attention to assist with alterations. After the first pants were taken care of, I tried on a second pair of pants and wanted those altered too, but there was no one around to assist with that because they were assisting other customers. I waited for a while again before flagging down the same employee to assist with alterations. After I put my clothes back on, I was ready to pay for my pants. However, I had to wait again for someone to assist me with paying for the pants. Eventually the same employee that was assisting me earlier, took my payment and scheduled the pick up of my dress pants. He could not provide me a pick up receipt because the receipt printer wasn't working. I am not going to blame any of the employees on the floor for my poor experience. I doubt that any of them had any control over the temperature in the store or the staffing issues. The person who assisted me was incredibly nice (even offered to have the pants altered in like 15 minutes). The problem was there seemed to be only three employees working in the store. The employee that was assisting me looked like he was simultaneously training a new employee, so it was like only having two employees on the floor. I actually felt bad for them that they had to work under those working conditions. Anyway, I was so irritated and hot inside the store that I didn't feel like looking for some ties and belts that I was also planning to purchase. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The last thing I want to point out is that I've always gotten an email notification once my clothes are ready for pick up. Didn't get an email notification this time around. Are they not doing that anymore? I want to make this absolutely clear. I still prefer Men's Wearhouse to its competitors. I like that I can buy quality stuff for a reasonable price. And this is the closest store to where I live. I'm not going to abandon this place just because of one poor experience. I just hope that the next time I visit, it will be like any other time I've shopped at a Men's Wearhouse.
