0 stars NEEDS to be an option especially for this store. I was quoted a 24 hour pick up for an online order to be picked up in store and waited OVER a week and a half for it. I contacted customer service and the store several times and was never given any information. They literally told me we can't tell you where the shoes are just that they are going to come. There was nothing they could do to help. What is that??! When I finally was able to receive some kind of tracking confirmation after NOBODY there could assist me, the manager lied and told me it still wasn't there. I showed him my phone to show the shipping and tracking information that showed the item was in their possession and he tried to take my phone to the back room to "look". I knew something was fishy about it so I said no, write down the information you need from my email and go check again. He came back and said no we don't have it. I called up customer service and had them ready to go when all of a sudden he magically found my package. I'm positive he was trying to take my phone to do something with the email. They were trying to keep my shoes, either for themselves or to sell at the store since I had to get them shipped there. SKETCHY PLACE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO PROFESSIONALISM. I'm not surprised this place is rated at 3 star should be less... really rude staff, they don't seem to care about customers. Also not sure why they are so defensive when Shiekh throws an in store raffle...the point is for people to win...the shoes aren't meant to stay in the stockroom or go to employees. Miguel was particularly rude (if that's his real name; he refused to give me his name something that should be enforced at any company. When I came another employee was coughing into his hands; no sanitizing no nothing. Spot is a health Hazzard...i wouldn't drive 30 minutes to come here again just unfortunate stores in South Bay are closed. If your leaving with a bag it's obvious your happy with your selection....LOL Well, every time I've shopped here I'm ALWAYS greeted immediately. That is a huge plus in my book!! The customer service here is awesome and I believe the employees here actually like their job...if they don't they're great actors/actress...Hahahaha!! I say that because working with shoes is annoying (yeah, I used to do that)...lots of styles, sizes, and colors to remember. My friends and I went in to check out some vans, the woman helping us was a pregnant latina woman and was nothing but rude. she gave is a dirty white display van and when i asked for another shoe, same size, that was cleaner she caught a huge attitude, and her customer service was disrespectful, she kept rolling her eyes at us anytime i asked her for assistance. When i told her that i currently work at Shiekh, she continued to be rude, she said there weren't any sizes when there were. My son asked for a 10.5 shoe using his Christmas shopping money. He really liked these shoes and wanted them to last a little longer. The cashier checked each shoe at the register and my son trusted him. He wondered why the shoes were hurting his feet when he wore them for a field trip yesterday. Come to find out they gave him a size 9.5. Wasted money and my 12 year old son is bummed that he lost some of his Christmas money. He ended up giving his shoes to a friend of his, who was happy to get a semi-new pair of shoes, and his parents bought him another pair so that he didn't lose his Christmas money. read more

Purchased several shoes earlier from the store for the first time. The store employee Niko was extremely wonderful. I was there for a while and he was able to do a great job of answering all of my questions while expeditiously attending to the other customers. He was by himself on the floor for around 20 mins and no one was kept waiting the whole time. He is probably the reason I bought so many pairs of shoes. Side note: while I was purchasing my shoes I found it slightly rude and very tacky that two employees were standing directly next to me (one to my left and the other behind the counter behind Niko) having a conversation the ENTIRE time Niko was trying to ring me up about how they thought the shoes I just bought were ugly. One of them had just come in while off asking for the exact pair of shoes I was buying ( I got the last pair) so I felt as if they were trying to discourage me from purchasing the product because of that. Niko handled it very professionally but both of those ladies were extremely tacky and unprofessional. Niko receives a 5 star review, he was attentive, quick and nice. Shopping with a toddler is never easy; he didn't get irritated that I tried on like 16 different shoes for me and my child. He wasn't an annoying sales person trying to get me to buy product. He was respectful and never ignored any customer even when it became slightly busy. Due to those other employees three stars for the experience. Cant believe how unprofessional they were. read more

Horrible customer service. If the shoes are final sale, the employee should tell the customer it's final sale or at least write it on the receipt. They don't know how to communicate with people. They have the cutest workout clothes for girls one of my favorite staff members is Marleni always helps me choose the latest trend in workout clothes and shoes. The Shiekh in the valley sucks that why I drive all the way to this store because it's always clean and people are kind. And they have bomb cookies next door :) read more

I just wanna start by saying that Assistant Manager Erick is the most patient salesman!! Long story short, I went in for a boot exchange from a Xmas gift I had received. The Cerritos store (in Cerritos mall) had told me they would call and set aside the shoes for me here at the Pavilion Mall location.....which they had not. After trying on boot after boot, this Cinderella had not found the right shoe available!!! After trying about 5 pairs, I felt bad for Erick going back and forth checking on my boot size. He never showed any annoyed or frustrated emotion with my husband and I. After a few more tries and different styles, I had no luck. I had given up!! Erick came back with a pair I had liked prior and said to give it a chance, even though I knew they would not fit. To my surprise, they fit just perfect!!!! Erick even acknowledged a 10% discount for our boot mission and trouble in finding the right pair!! He's the best!! I wish I could give him 10stars!! Love the shoes. Dislike the customer service. I came in yesterday to get matching Jordans for my son and I. The guy with the dreads that had blonde tips was rude as can be. Gave me attitude when I asked him to look for my size and refused to call other store for my son's size. The sweet girl that rang me up was awesome. I don't remember her name, but I know she was Hispanic and about 20 years old with a son. I'm now going to lakewood malls Shiekh store to get the shoes.
