They explained that they were short on staff but the manager was doing screen work. No problem that it might take a couple weeks. After 2 weeks they called "it's ready." The "brush edge" that keeps bugs out was on the WRONG SIDE!" Ok, I'm patient... a little over a week later I returned and picked it up. I was having MAJOR issues mounting the door.... I suddenly realized the "brush" was installed facing the WRONG WAY! I took it into the store and explained to the manager that he installed the brush facing the OUTSIDE Instead of facing inside. "Well, I GUESS I can fix it right now." He said, OBVIOUSLY annoyed. 5 minutes later he came out, handed me the door.... NOT A WORD! Turned around and walked away from me! HE screwed up! With tax I paid $23. I'm sorry to say this particular ACE just lost a new customer!

Make sure to check your receipts as they are operating under an illegal bait under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. I have filed a complaint with the state and county.

Prices for those, and in general, are maybe a little high, but the location will be handy for many people and you can avoid the hassle and gas use of going to a big box. Mean while we are paying interest on the installation fees, they are not included on the six months same as cash. This was also not disclosed to us. Lesson learned. Avoid Lowe's at all cost!

Since he was only grabbing a few things, he didn't take a cart at first. The same employee approached him again insisting he should get one. My husband again said "No thanks." From that point on, the employee proceeded to follow him throughout the store, standing at the ends of aisles watching him as he shopped. Feeling uncomfortable, my husband bounced between sections before finally grabbing a cart. He then went into the garden section and briefly left his cart outside the doors while picking up a few plants. When he came back, the employee was actively inspecting the contents of his cart. At this point my husband called me because he felt so uncomfortable and targeted that he wanted to leave the store altogether. I told him to just check out through garden to avoid the employee, so he did. He paid in full, completed his transaction, and thought the situation was over. Instead, while loading his purchases into his car, the same employee followed him outside and accused him of stealing. My husband, embarrassed and cornered, felt he had no choice but to show his receipt and prove every item had been paid for. We shop at this location almost weekly. We recently purchased all of our appliances from this store. To be treated this way as paying customers is beyond unacceptable. Following someone around the store, watching their every move, inspecting their cart, and then confronting them outside after they've already paid is vile behavior. Home Depot has loss prevention staff for a reason. Employees should not be acting like self-appointed anti-theft vigilantes while harassing innocent customers trying to shop. This experience was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable.

Mishelle was attentive, incredibly quick with her responses, detail-oriented, and listened to all of my goals for the project (and then followed through to be sure each was completed successfully). The designer, Marc, did a great job planning out my needs and revised as needed. The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. Hidden Creek is not the cheapest landscaping company, but they are the perfect example of you get what you pay for; I cannot recommend their services enough!

The 3 men were on time and assisted with packing majority of household items in boxes/bags/crates. They also loaded/unloaded my household items and furniture. That process went very well. The men were kind, helpful and engaging. At the new home, they set up my area rug, bed frames/mattresses, dresser mirror. They were genuinely willing to help me get my furniture set up how I wanted it. I am grateful for that. I have no issues with the overall business. My issue is that I experienced a significant personal property loss during this move which cannot be explained. I was told that Landon Movers has never had complaints about missing items, but the fact is it happened to me during the 2-day move. I don't know where the items went, but the missing items were at the first home on the morning of the move and never arrived at the new home. The majority of the undelivered items were new, in original box/unopened items, as well as a few personal/sentimental items. The total value is around $1,000. Most items were too large to be overlooked/accidentally get misplaced. I was the only client on both days with this team/truck, so if the items were accidentally left on the truck, they would have known they belonged to me. The key missing items are (including approximate value): 1. Ninja FD401 Food 8Qt 9-in-1 Deluxe LX Cooker & Air Fryer & Pressure Cooker (new; unopened in box with shipping label/my name & address on box): $330 2. Sferra Kingston King Egyptian Cotton White Blanket (new; unopened in original packaging): $260 3. Bed Bath & Beyond Fleece Throw Blanket (Qty: 3) (new, unopened in original packaging): $115 4. KitchenAid 5 Ultra Power Speed Hand Mixer, Empire Red (new, unopened in original packaging): $60 5. Crown Royal Whiskey 750ml (new; unopened in box - had bottle for over 20 years - all 3 men commented on this item): $45 6. Rug (chocolate brown color, 60"x22" ultra plush bath rug by Garland Rug w/ latex backing) (new in unopened clear shipping bag w/ shipping label attached): $75 7. Socket wrench set - given to me by my father who had it for 30+ years & I had for 20+ years: deep sentimental value ($50) 8. Ceramic salt & pepper shakers (hand painted ladies): $40 - given to me by my mother (sentimental) Landon stated his employees deny taking anything. Landon voluntarily made a partial financial restitution for the missing items ($500 cash), which I appreciated. However, that does not make up for the personal violation I feel, nor does it give me the funds to replace all missing items, especially the sentimental ones. I tipped the 3 men what I thought was appropriate ($270 cash/person; $810 total cash tips) for a two-day move. Total payment to Landon Movers for the 2 days: $2,650. Total tips represent 30% of total invoices. Total cost of move: $3,460, excluding replacement costs of missing items. In addition to the cash tips, I bought the 3 men lunch each day and paid for their time while they ate & took smoking breaks/breaks. I provided snacks, water/pop throughout both days, for which they expressed appreciation. I keep track of household & personal items and know exactly what was in my home. This was a difficult review to leave as I initially enjoyed working with this business.
