More concerned about me than making a buck!…read more The team they sent to fix my problem was great. My openers would quit working when I would have a power glitch. After every momentary loss I would have to climb up on the ladder and reset all the openers. They came out, I was fully prepared to buy a new garage door opener but after looking at my system, and trying a couple of options, they were able to create a solution that saved me over $200 over buying a new opener and would last longer than a new opener would. They were more concerned about what has the best solution for me as opposed to what would generate more money for them. I was fully prepared to buy a new system. They did the right thing for me and not them. As a result I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company. Dutch H.

After talking to Tony, there was no need to talk to anyone else. It was very late on a Thursday afternoon when I called, and I was very happy he was able to come see me on Friday. He told me he would identify the problem, provide me with solutions and estimates, and fix it on the spot if I chose to do so. He immediately saw the spring was broken, had the necessary parts with him, and fixed it extremely quickly and at a price lower than I was expecting. He pointed out to me the springs on our 3rd car door were also old and likely wouldn't last too much longer. I will definitely be calling Tony when that time comes!

My husband mixed up my day off and scheduled it for Wednesday between 10-12, he quickly realized the error and called back to have the appointment moved to Tuesday for the same time, which they claimed they could accommodate and would call 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Tuesday at 12:30 we called them since no one had called or shown up. They never moved the Wednesday appointment but offered to come between 3 and 6pm that evening, again with a promise to call 20 minutes before, and again, no call and no one showed up.

Russ was also friendly and seemed to know a lot about garage doors. He inspected the door, replaced the rollers, and replaced some hinges that had broken off prior to the visit. Two of the panels were sagging so he suggested bracing them to prevent further damage to the door. He advised getting a new garage door opener in the future (and left some literature with models and prices) to meet knew safety standards. He showed me the sticker that indicated the door and opener were installed in the 80s. It was only additional $66 for the bracing and extra hinges. The garage door is the quietest its been the entire time we've lived here.

Because I was home by myself and I wanted to go back to bed, I didn't want to be in the house with the garage door partially opened. I tried calling the company that had done our garage door repairs in the past, but no one answered the phone (it was before business hours). I didn't want to wait on them, so I did an immediate search for 24-hour emergency garage door repair service. Quick GDS was the second name that came up (When I called the first one, no one answered the phone, even though they were listed as a "24-hour" service). Connie, from Quick GDS, answered right away. I told her what had happened. She had a technician out to our house within the hour. Sammy came. He was very kind and helpful. He did a check on the door, found the issues, discussed them with me and gave me some options. He didn't fix the door at that time, but he was also able to close it so that I could go back to bed! Sammy and Zach showed up the next morning, right on time, and did the actual repair were "quickly" and efficiently. We were very pleased with their work. There was a slight issue with the repair that was overlooked until after the technicians left. When I brought it to Connie's attention, she had another technician come out and they took care of it within a few minutes, with no extra charge. BTW, because we had Quick GDS do the repairs, we were NOT charged an extra emergency service call, either. That's what I call service!
