I finally called CD Doors in Westerville and spoke to Chris. He asked that I text pictures of my door and the spring mechanism, made a quick diagnosis and quoted me a price 1/2 of what other repair services offered. Chris arrived first thing the next morning, thoroughly explained and showed me the problem and repair, then got to work.
